Oh, I loved him! He was Rhoda & Brenda Morgenstern's father, the guy on "Soap" who talked Billy Crystal's Jodie out of suicide, and should have played Hal Linden's father on "Black's Magic" instead of Harry Morgan. What a terrific actor. We're losing some great ones here lately, aren't we? But at least they're people who had a nice, long run.

Yes, he was another of the great one with so many wonderful performances under his belt. What a great smile too.

He died on Saturday, but it got over shadowed by Kevin McCarthy dying. I really loved Harold Gould, especially in "The Sting" But again lots of great guest appearances and character parts.
