I'm with you on that, Ashley. Even if he didn't get that plum role, though, there should be plenty of other parts in that script for him. If it turns out Matt Barry is casting it, I'm going to put a bug in his ear too. Just haven't been able to find out if that's the case yet.

Although I am a fan of James Franco, based on looks alone I think Chris would be a better fit for John Gotti Jr. Just from pictures it's hard for me to see how they would turn Franco into Gotti Jr. and I guess Chris has a closer resemblance, if you can say that. Plus, we all know Chris would deliver and it's about time we saw him in a bigger role.

I'm probably entirely too biased and unfamiliar with the subject matter to even comment, but that's what I think

No, it's not more complicated than it used to be. The moderation functions haven't changed, as far as I'm aware. Except that they're now centered at the bottom of the page instead of being in the left hand bottom corner.

Deb, there's moderation links at the bottom of the page (Moderate topic Move multiple posts Move topic Close topic Stick topic). Click on "Move topic" and choose the section it should go in (unselect "Leave redirect topic", though). Done. If you want to move single posts, you need to use the "Move" button underneath the post you wanna move. And, yeah, that gets a little messy because I had to manually modify the message board to include that function. They didn't have instructions for the new version of the MB, so I played around myself. It's not perfect, but at least it works.

I can't figure out how to move this post. The instructions are in broken English that I can't make any sense of. So I guess either TeeJay will movie it or it will stay here. If it disappears, look for it under All About Chris.

yeah sorry, I really wasn't sure where this would fit under, I haven't mastered the message board yet unfortunately The executive producer of the movie confirmed John Travolta as John Gotti and I guess there are talks for James Franco as John Gotti Jr. I, personally, would love to see Chris share the screen with those two so I guess I jumped the gun a little... ok a lot

Well, I hope that happens. A lot big Nick's big projects he wanted to do have not seen the light of day. I think we'll probably move this thread to the All About Chris section. We try to keep this section about specific titles.

I would love to see it happen though and I will try to find out if there's any chance they might look at Chris. I know how to reach Nick and his frequent collaborator, casting director, Matt Barry, who also loves our guy. I'll reach out to them when I get home tonight. Thanks for the info, Ashley.

...and it's not really anything exciting or really dealing with Chris, for now but I found it interesting and/or hopeful.

I guess they are making a movie about John Gotti and Nick Cassavetes (Alpha Dog) is reportedly rewriting the script. I remember reading that Chris and Nick are big fans of one another so maybe he'll write a part for our boy? One can only hope!
