Sorry to bump an old thread but I just saw this again on tv the other night. I flipped to the channel it was playing on right when Chris's character tells Kia to leave. Holy crap, he certainly gives his all to a performance no matter what it's for doesn't he? I'm not much for gore either so I changed the channel as soon as the scene was over.

Does anyone remember back when Monica Keena was on Dawson's Creek and still had a normal face? What did she do to herself in the years between when she left the creek and when she rumbled with the reigning kings of the horror franchise? Jeez.

I completely remember that, I used to watch Dawson's Creek all the time. I actually recognized her when she appeared on that show from her appearance in While You Were Sleeping. I loved that movie as a kid, I think I watched it at least 20 times and I would seek out Sandra Bullock movies just because I loved her in While You Were Sleeping so much.

As for your question regarding her face:

- Freddy vs Jason

I'm not sure I see much of a difference in her face except that she has obviously aged a wee bit. Maybe I'm missing something though.

So uh...just saying, I love F Vs J! hahaha
But, I dig almost all campy cheap scare gory horror movies. Plus as I said before this was the first thing I ever saw Chris in, which made me love him and google him as soon as I got home...
I wish his death had been more dramatic but quite frankly I'm now afraid of randomly placed shelf brackets.
R.I.P. Charlie Linderman, at least you got to hook up with a member of Destiny's Child while she was still famous.

Sure seems like Chris enjoyed working on that one. He was very active in the promotion of it. Yeah, it's an ugly, painful death. But let's face it, in a movie like this, it could've been MUCH worse.

I'm watching it right now and then I have the bonus material later! I've seen it about ten times on tv and stuff and it's definitely not the worst horror movie I've seen (Cabin Fever and they are honestly making a sequel!!!) I think Freddy is hilarious although I havent seen all of the nightmare movies b/c they seriously creeped me out, I will watch the remake tho it has Kellan Lutz in it!

This movie has Katharine Isabelle and from Ginger Snaps! Monica Keena from Undeclared and of course Chris and Jason together again yay! Awesome Cast, I bet they had an amazing time filming this.

I hate that Chris dies but at least he died trying to save Kia, does anyone else feel that thing on the wall stab him? It's like ow, gut-wrenching!

I dunno, maybe most horror/thriller movies are like this (not my cup of genre, esp. if it's just for the sake of showing blood for entertainment purposes), but it was just really hard to relate and like most of the characters. I usually like it when I can feel sympathetic for someone, understand their point-of-view/why they do the thing(s) they do, or yes, relate to them in some level, but nope. It's like Snow White- she's a cool girl and you want to like her, but she's so stupid, yet she does have a relate-able factor.
