Actually, in the movie, Keith is never identified as either suspect or witness. In fact, he doesn't get a "legend" at all. I think maybe that's because Nick was trying to maintain a little bit of suspense. When we meet Keith, there's no reason in the world to even imagine that he'll become involved in the kidnapping and murder.

Well, he's supposed to be a suspect in the movie, not a witness. We have to be accurate with that.

This is what the American Gun poster should have looked like.

I just printed it out on letter-sized photo paper, and it looks great. Kinda makes me wanna buy a nice frame and put it up in my apartment somewhere. (And just for the record: I wanna apologize to Tony Goldwyn for editing him out.)
