I never answered this one, did I? Yeah, I have a few songs that remind me of Chris, mostly JoA-related. Aside from those songs used in the sweetest Adam/Joan moments (like Howie Day's "Collide"), I'm always reminded of Adam and Joan when I hear the Backstreet Boys' "Incomplete". Not a big BSB fan, but I like that song. Why do I associate it with Adam and Joan? Someone (don't remember who, might have been Kimberly) made a really sad post-Trial and Error video collage about the two of them, and she used that song for it. So agonizingly sad.

Another song that kinda makes me think of Chris is "Rockstar" by Nickelback. Mainly because if Chris was a rockstar instead of an actor, those lyrics would be dead on. Love the irony in that song when you actually turn the lyrics around.

Oh yeah, the song Mystery James by Five-Eight reminds me of James from Huff, and so Chris.

They overplayed their music so much on the radio here that I can't stand it anymore. I don't even listen to the radio often, yet somehow I would hear "The Reason" at least once or twice a day for quite some time after it released. Drove me insane.

Well, their name is kinda weird, I think that too actually. But I still love their music, so I don't really care about their name.

That band that you mentioned. I hate their name. It sounds like something gross stuck to the bottom of your shoe. TeeJay loves them but I make her call them The Band That Shall Remain Nameless to keep me from wanting to hurl. It's kind of a running joke now.

Ditto, Deb, I also like "Collide" a lot.
But I also have two other songs, which remind me a lot of Adam and Joan, because I used to listen to them a lot when I was writing JoA fanfiction. It's two Hoobastank songs, "What Happened To Us" and "The Reason". Seriously, I just HAVE to think about Joan and Adam when I am listening to these songs, although they were never used in the series.

Howie Day's, "Collide" means a lot to me because of the way it was used in JoA, at the end of Do The Math. When Adam and Joan finally kiss very deliberately and more or less declare their love and begin their romance. I think of that scene and it gives me chills every time I hear it.

Adam: I talked to Iris. I told her how I feel.
Joan: How's that?
Adam: Same way you feel.

Everything by Fuel reminds me of Adam (and so Chris) because the song "These Things" hit me hard while TeeJay and I were writing Butterflies. We decided that Adam would probably be a huge Fuel fan, considering the dark, tragic, romantic, gothic, huge nature of some of their best stuff. It's musical melodrama and just screams Adam to me.

Truth is, most love songs make me think of Adam and Joan (and so Chris). Of course I dig all the memorable songs from his movies too. I've been stuck on the Alpha Dog soundtrack for a couple of months, even though I can only listen to it on the computer.

The soundtrack for The Invisible is excellent too. I need to load up my iTunes account with $$$ and buy it already.

okay well.. have u guys ever had a song that just reminds u of him at all?! i myself am so digging the invisible soundtrack.. i can just picture him on screen. and a few songs remind me of stuff from girl next door and some of the parts ive seen of joa.
here are a few of mine to get the topic started
