Not crazy at all. A lot of people would love to work at a theater. I would've. My buddy Dave did it for years.

ok so i quit my "job-for-Chris." but I got hired at the movie theater. I applied there so that I could see Fanboys as soon as it came out.haha. Is that crazy or what?

Yeah so I guess that is is. The video store I want to work at has a whole other section for those kind of movies. ha my friend that tried to put in his app at the video store name is Joey too. lol

Well, if they rent "adult" films, that is a legitimate reason. See, in Georgia, it's illegal to rent the real "hardcore" videos. So I guess it wasn't really a problem that we had 16-year-olds working for us. The store where Joey (the 15-year-old) worked for me didn't carry those kinds of movies. That does make a difference.

They didnt. My friend I guess went to put in an app and they told him that he needed to be 18...I think. I dont know how I would double check on that so idk.

lol thanks you're sweet. Idk why it is 18. I figured it ws cause of the umm "Adult Material." they had as well, but if that was the case it would be like that everywhere. argh!

They won't hire you in a video store because you're not 18? WTF? Dude, I spent most of my working life in the video biz and when I managed stores, I had plenty of 16-year-olds working for me. I even had a 15-year-old once! Paige, I'd hire you in a heartbeat if I was still in that game. And, well, worked in Indiana.

The video business is the most fun place on earth for a movie lover.

ahh lucky! I wish it was 16 here, but nope. I might as well work there. I am always there. They know me by name, and I always get posters they dont want. Sad thing is most of the time I dont want them either.lol.

here the age is 16... it was the best originally i had a HUGE HUGE just friends poster.. got lost and damaged in my move though. but i saw girl next door 10 times in theaters same with just friends><
