OK, we just heard from the guy who wrote the article and I owe him an apology. He HAS seen Charlie Banks. Sorry about that, Jed! :doh:

It's just that we see so many articles where the writer just goes and looks at the last few credits listed on IMDb and talks about those films as if they're already out on the market, without even checking to see if that's true. As we all know, these indies often take a while to come out and most of the ones near the top have yet to be released. I lumped you into the same category as these lazy folks who don't do their research and that was just a poor assumption on my part.

Thanks for the compliments about our site. And thanks again for the article. We certainly agree with your assessment.

So the researching was crap. It's kind of like praising Chris's performance in The Education Of Charlie Banks when you know this writer most likely has not seen it because it's not realeased yet. Or calling the The Girl Next Door a "recent" movie. Happens all the time. Kind of annoying.

As to the quote at the top of the article, it's actually not Nate saying that, but Scuzz, one of his best friends. Or at least that's what it sounds like to me:

I just skimmed the quote and went right to the article, that's why i didn't realize how not Chris it was. I was the thing about "so many women" and I was like, "Chris is a player! :|" Then I read the rest of it.

Well, I realized that others who don't know how NOT Chris that quote is might think he said that stuff too. I didn't want people to think he was a little punk and not even read the article.
