Not so much, Simon. It's not like I go on his IMDb board and bash him. I've never done that and I would never do that. I can say what I want to here and I will. I can't stand the little creep. He doesn't care about anything and he doesn't deserve his success. His arrogance is sickening frankly and I would give just about anything if he would simply go away.

And about the article and similar ridiculous articles about who is playing who, just look at the source. If it's from a UK tabloid, then it's beyond fake.

comingsoon.net has already posted that this is nothing more than an untrue rumor.
So no need to worry.

The UK tabloids strike again. One, who shall remain unnamed, is claiming that Eddie Murphy is playing The Riddler in the next Batman movie, that Shia LaBeouf will play Robin and that Rachel Weisz is up for the role of Catwoman. Not only that, but the tabloid says the movie will come out in 2010, and that the movie "will end on a cliffhanger over whether Batman survives a blast at Wayne Towers."
All of the above is, of course, not true. Moving on...

It would certainly lower the series into parody, much like the old Batman movies fell into parody once they put nipples on the Batsuit. Yeah, Sheephead is the new filmic equivalent to nipples on the Batsuit.

So let them go ahead and completely ruin the series if that's what they want to do, but I thought their goal was to keep these dark and grown up. Can't do that with a whiny spoiled little brat trying to be a superhero.

As much as i like Shia, i don't want him to appear in Batman, and i definatly don't want Eddie Murphy to appear in it.

But if you was from the UK, you would know that the Sun just creates bulls*** for the fun of it, and they don't even think up good fake stories. If it's not that, then they are busy spoiling stuff. I still hate the paper for spoiling the outcome of a character from Quantum of Solace without any warning at all.

But I am not so sure if I wanted to see Chris as Robin. I'm sure it would be interesting, but somehow I just don't see him like that.

Just in case anyone is wondering how it's doing on dvd/blu-ray, it's doing very well to say the least.

Over 600,000 Blu-ray copies and three million DVD copies of "The Dark Knight" have sold in the film's first day of release reports Deadline Hollywood Daily.
The previous Blu-ray record holder was "Iron Man" which took a week to sell 400,000 copies. Over seven million regular DVD copies of the film are expected to be sold by week's end.
To give you a comparison the bestselling DVD of last year was "Transformers" which sold nearly fourteen million units over the space of around twelve weeks. "Finding Nemo" is the best selling DVD of all time with 30 million copies sold as of last year.
