			<description><![CDATA[<p>I like that!&#160; So much has been said about his talent and genius.&#160; It&#039;s nice to hear the personal side from the people who loved him.</p><p>I saw Donald Sutherland on an interview once.&#160; Back in the early 70s he was offered the Hawkeye part, having played him in the Altman move.&#160; He turned it down.&#160; He said that many years later he met Alan Alda at an event and the first words out of his mouth were, &quot;Mr. Sutherland, thank you for my career.&quot;&#160; What a genuinely nice man he is!&#160; I&#039;m so glad that career has had such a nice renaissance the past few years.</p>]]></description>
