Hi guys.  Thank you, TeeJay, for helping me get back online.  I just got back from Pittsburgh, where we screened the film for local cast and crew.  The evening was such a blast, and it was great for me to reunite with so many of the friends I made on set.

As for the quantity of blood on the door, here is the short answer: I wanted more blood splattering off Carl's shoulder and, in hindsight, there's a little too much blood on the window.  The bullet went through Carl's shoulder into the vestibule just next to the door, but you never see that on film.
