Oh, that's right! The A/J scene was before the actual ending (when he gave her the cheerleader artwork). I'm so bad; after the A/J scene, I change episodes ;x I do love that family ending scene though; it's always great seeing them together.
Joan: "Wow. I always thought you'd hate me if I was a cheerleader."
Adam: "No way. Why?
Joan: "Because we're subdefectives and it'd be like deserting the army or something."
Adam: "Oh, no. I don't care if you're a cheerleader, subdefective, or whatever. I just like hanging out with you because.. you're Jane."

Yeah, we all seem to love the scene with the little cheerleader sculpture. Who couldn't love a guy who's so totally distracted by just a hand on his arm? Sigh...

Ohyes, the final scenes are usually always classic. Not a lot of folks seem to like the ending for "Bringeth it On" though- why not?
Really? I didn't know that. I loved the ending for the episode "Bringeth It On."

I meant the A/J scene, near the ending, of "BIO" (hahaha, that spells out BIO, like BIOlogy!) Anyway.. yeah.. the scene where Adam gives Joan his cheerleader artwork. People probably thought I meant literally the ending- where Kevin makes Luke (and Helen) pull his finger. Again, great ending scene as well, but I moreso was referring to A/J

Yeah, I do. But it's ok, she knows I like him. And she knows I compare him to Adam and he knows how much of a complement that is. They've basically been in love for four years, most of it spent apart... there's no way in hell I'd do anything to break them up, and I honestly hope they never do.

I knew what you meant. That ending is 1 of the best parts of the episode.

Nah, he just wants an excuse to bury his face in Joan's ample boobage without getting slapped.

Okay, another thread from long ago that I wasn't here for. I have so many favorite moments that I can't narrow it down so there are two that I did not see represented:
"Out of Sight" when Adam finds Joan at the hospital when she's visiting Judith. Their conversation gets me every time...Adam calls her Joan and she corrects him. At one point after a moment of silence, he almost whispers Jane at her and his expression is so dang sweet when he does it.
And in "Shadows and Light", when she's really upset about Stevie and she thinks that Adam is mad at her to but he catches her in the hallway anyway, despite being upset with her, and gives her the sweetest hug.
I think I have favorite scenes from just about every episode, and not just Adam and Joan. Love the expression on Joan's face the first time she see's Luke and Grace kiss on his birthday.
Love the fight scene at the spa in Recreation; in fact, love just about every moment with Will at the spa in this episode. Also love the conversation between Adam and Joan. Adam: So what about us. Joan: What about us. Adam: What about us. Joan: What about us.....is this a real conversation or an Abbott and Costello routine. Love it.
Love Kevin when he does his standup routine...."That was my favorite bomb....Hiroshima.." fantastic.
Love the moment between Kevin and Joan when Beth breaks his heart....they are in the garage with the infamous boat.
Love the moment in Jump when Helen observes Adam and Joan holding hands....her smile....so much to love about that episode.
And of course, Do the Math is tied with Jump as my favorite episode. Love the moment in the hallway when Joan tells Adam that she needs him...the look on his face. And then of course when he nearly kisses her in the shed and then of course the lovely moment on the porch.
So many, so many.....I could go on and on.

Jump is great!
Bringeth It On and Jump and Queen Of Zombies are my favorites.
Offline
Love the cheer....great message for kids too. Zombies was a crazy little show, but the song at the end is priceless. Love when Joan tells Adam that he'd make a "cute little zombie." And the eskimo kiss....very cute.
There are so many one liners that I love....like, for example Kevins response to Helen in Dive when she says "I think jumping several feet into a puddle is silly." and Kevin responds with. "Actually mom, they replaced the puddles with swimming pools because kids were getting dirty."
Lots of favorite Grace and Luke moments too....love the show towards the end of the second season when Grace gives him a leather jacket than regrets it and wants it back. Love when she shows up in his room in that cute little kelly green outfit that is so anti-Grace.
Like I said, given enough time to think about it, I could go on and on.

Zombies has many priceless A/J moments. I mean, come on...
And I love Adam's interactions with Johnny Godway. Ever notice how Adam always looks at anyone's hand on him like it's intrusive, except Joan's...?

That is one of the things about the Zombie show I loved....the fact that the assignment wasn't just for Joan. It was for Adam too. I believe that was the only time that God had done that, included Adam in the assignment, actually giving him an assignment of his own even though Adam didn't actually know that it was God.
Also loved when Grace was talking to Joan and suddenly Johnny Godway tuned into their conversation and ended up letting Grace rewrite their whole production. Everyone else in the room looks totally frustrated except Grace who is smiling like she's so proud of the power she suddenly had. Great episode all around.

Thats a great picture of Adam and Johnny Godway....Adam is looking at it like its an alien being or something that he would like nothing more than to flick off of his shoulder.

He did it here too, but we didn't get a good cap of it...
There's also at least one time where he gives Friedman the "don't touch me" glare, but I can't remember which ep that was. It's the one where Friedman explains about bat mitzvahs, and he starts telling the story of Moses. (I think it was before Book of Questions, when we first learned that Grace was preparing).
And of course, there's the time Kevin grabbed his arm in Jump and he turned over the wheelchair trying to get away from him.
