Re: Season's Greetings!

Well, my christmas has not been that lovely so far, but the Season 2 box set was certainly THE best part of it.
I am still having a blast. LOL Watched all the Special Features already and enjoyed "The Cat" earlier today.

Re: Season's Greetings!

I hate waking up early.  Woke up at 6.  And my dad just got up at 7 right now.  Everyone else is still asleep.  When I woke up, didn't want to wake anyone else up.

I can't believe my parents: I asked for only one thing this Christmas and all ready they've got a lot more stuff for me and my sis under the tree.

I'm just going to see how this day goes:  We do our own little thing here at the house, then it's off to grandparents, and in the afternoon it's off to my aunts house.

Hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas.

And this is my own personal e-card from me to you all.  You all have been such great people here on the Chris boards.  It's no Chris E-card just something out of my personal collection from The 4400 (my #1 sci-fi show).

Re: Season's Greetings!

Just got home. DSL! Yay!!! God, I'm such an internet addict. smile Love the 4400 card, R2! Look at them, all with their Christmas hats on. Did you see Sean Marquette in those three eps he did?

I haven't really seen any of the S2 episodes from the DVDs other than when I screencapped them. But that can't really be called watching. More like fast forwarding and then going through all the Chris scenes in slow motion. Which was its own sort of fun. I think the first one I'd pick to watch would either be Romancing The Joan or Trial and Error (depending on what mood I was in).

Re: Season's Greetings!

Actually I think I am too scared to watch T&E ... so I guess I am going to watch Romancing The Joan first. wink

Re: Season's Greetings!

I'm into the depressing eps as of today.  Watched Secret Service before I went to Dave's.  On to T&E now.  I watched the whole season in order again.  Except for the infuriating music substitutions, it was really fun.  But the fun's over.  Nothing left but tears and anger.  Ah well.

When I woke up this morning I had to look in my DVD shelf to realize that the Box is still there ... so yeah, I am still on a hype. LOL big_smile

Re: Season's Greetings!

Well I got some neat stuff this year.  I got 2 cds of Audio Adrenaline (including their Adios album).  And then somehow my mom managed to find an album that was recorded by my Youth Group mentor from 6 years ago!  Also got some great books and gift cards.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Christmas turned out okay as far as Christmasses go. And I got some cool stuff, my parents are always pretty generous. Scored with some cds and dvds (including Girl Next Door big_smile ). I got s2 for christmas too, 'cept it hasn't arrived from Amazon yet, hopefully will within the next couple of days.

Yesterday was hell, but at least that day is over. sad
The only really good thing was seeing an add for Heroes coming soon! I've been hoping like hell it'd come here, seeing as Milo Ventimiglia is in it. big_smile

I used to be sad when christmas was over, nowadays I'm thankful for the return to normality.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Yeah, Heroes is a cool show (all though I'm much more of a 4400 fan).

Yeah, I know what you mean about being sad when Christmas was over.  I remember when I was a kid I used to wish it was Christmas everyday but now i'm glad those wishes never came true.  LOL!

Re: Season's Greetings!

Let me be the first one to say it: Happy New Year! Our 2007 arrived just 45 minutes ago. The US will have to wait another 5 1/4 to 8 1/4 hours, depending on where you are.

May 2007 bring tons of great things for everyone, including Chris.

I'm back.  Hope everyone had a good New Years.  The camping trip was fun.  This was the first time we ever got snow out there!

Re: Season's Greetings!

Hey SW, meant to tell you I loved your 4400 card!  Glad you had fun camping.  I just hibernated mostly.  With a few parties and dinners thrown in for good measure.  It was fun.

Did you see the new Invisible pics?  TeeJay made a pretty nice find today.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Sean, I was wondering where you went. Hope you had a good holiday season. Glad to see everyone made it safely into the new year. Unfortunately, I'm back to work today. And I did a lot of hibernating too. Which was great and very relaxing. Thanks, everyone, for the good wishes.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Haven't seen the pics.  I'll be sure to check them out.  I have one more week for hibernation.  I think we go back on the 8th although I need to double check since I keep thinking we go back on the 4th.
