LOL! I ran into Seth & Maria at the book store today. They run a printing company and I used to work for them. Just as I was leaving to go to work where I am now, they had gotten an adorable labradoodle puppy. They named him Hobart. Turns out he's got his own calendar and has been a couple of commercials. Don't ever talk to people at work about salaries.....we are due for our yearly revue and pay rise this month, but nothing seems to be happening. Because i was hired in a "graduate" position, even though i am expected to do the same work as everyone else, I am on half the pay of the person sitting next to me doing the same job and on 2/3 the pay of the two people hired after me on a training wage. This pay rise better be bloody decent! I am only just above minimum wage at the moment and im sposed to need a degree for this job. So depressing.....

Heh. I had to take a $2,000 pay cut from last year because Bu$hCo raided the treasury of my country and tanked the world economy in the process, I'm actually lucky to even have a damn job. But the business of being alive didn't suddenly get $2,000 cheaper, did it? I struggle daily.

Sucks Deb...I'm just glad to still be living at home. I couldnt afford to be living anywhere else on the salary I have at the moment. I just want to be paid the same amount as the others. Fair enough they wanted an introductory salary and a graduate salary, but I have been here since October 2008. When I get this pay rise which is owed to me (its actually written into my contract that i get a pay rise after 9 months of working here, its up to 11 months now) I will buy you a present Deb
