Get well wishes for anyone or anyone's loved ones that need them. I'm sorry for all the losses there have been. Always sad to loose people...

Simon has some interesting days at work. I hope it wasn't your...hmm... Have you reasently experienced any loss of time-episodes? Maybe there's some intriguing side personality at work.

Sorry for the lame attempt of humor. My brain feels like it's half-comatized and half-hyper from lack of sleep, being sick and cleaning after other people being sick. Stomach flu rumaging... not pretty, i tell ya.

Friday begun with my daughter being late for school. I managed to stay up until 1am listening if the boys would still puke. Usually they get sick just when I catch sleep and then I'd have trouble falling asleep. Luckily the last one was at midnight and they slept thru the night. I was so tired from being sick and having only 3-4 hours of sleeep the previous night, I didn't hear the alarm when it went off 6.30. Woke up 8 am when my daughter came telling she's late now. Bummer. Teacher seems to be understading this week, though. I got eight hours of sleep. Ready for today challenges! The boys seem to be feeling a little better. they wanted cerial for breakfast. now it is to be see if it will stay down or make a reappearance... Maybe its a 24 hour flu. That's how long it tok for the girl to get better. The boys do still have a fever.

Hey, anyone caught this week episode of The Big Bang Theory? I laughed crazy! Bazinga!

Yay, my boys' fever is down today and they've got loads of energy. Apetite is still a little gone and the bellies are still sore, but they start to look pretty good. Yesterday I was wondering if I should get them to the hospital today if they don't start drinking more and/or the fever stays up. That doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. My belly still feels weird, but luckily I never got into that violent emptying-phase. Such family drama... also one of them days I'm about to burst of fury because men can be such idiots, but I hate fighting so I'm bottling it all in. I know: healthy. :lol:

Glad you guys are feeling better, Maria. I'm just Bodhi-sitting, not much else. He escaped last night and took off down the street and I was running after him in my PJs. Got him back somehow. That part of the adventure is crazy-making. He's a Wyle E. Coyote.

Not much going on here, either. I'm still pissed because of that latest rejection I've got after I spent a whole f***king day preparing an online application ... so life just pretty much sucks for me at the moment.
Also, the first anniversary of my cat's passing is coming up at the end of the month and I am currently missing her more than ever. I know it's "just" a cat but she was there since I was seven years old, even though she wasn't living with me for the last couple of years.
So I'm not doing much at the moment besides sitting at home. But the good thing about that is that I was finally able to give my big white shelf the makeover I wanted to do for so long ... now all my books, DVDs and CDs are in their right place, just as I wanted to have it. So my apartment finally starts feeling a little more homey. If you can say so.

It is snowing really hard in Dallas right now. I've never seen it snow this much and its actually sticking. People are making real snow mans and not just mini dirty, icy ones! It's exciting!

We just read about that with regard to our own weather here in Atlanta. We're getting your weather tomorrow. Look out Hotlanta, here comes SNOW JAM 2010!!! The Apocalypse is nigh. I guess it'll be another weekend stranded at home as the whole city shuts down due to 1-3 inches of the wet, sticky stuff.

The good news is Bodhi goes home tonight and I have Monday off, so maybe I can finally get some rest and my eye will stop twitching like I'm spastic or something from the constant stress I've been under all week. Thank the Universe! :dancing:

Looks like it's gonna be very ugly tomorrow.

Friggin' Bodhi got away from Casey when she was trying to put him in the car. We've been out chasing him all over kingdom come, trying to catch him all night. We failed. After 4 hours, we finally had to give up. My back has never hurt so bad. We had to leave him in the unfenced yard of some very nice people and hope he's still there tomorrow so we can try again. I guess I get to miss another day of work because of this crazy dog. I love him to pieces but I'm done. I just pray Casey can get hold of him in the morning and he gets home safely.

Bodhi came home! I called Silent Unity and prayed for his safe return at about 11:15 and at 1:05 AM, he showed up at my back door. It's not the first time Silent Unity brought me or my loved ones a miracle.
