I agree with you, Simon. I rarely stop watching a movie, though sometimes I'm tempted and sometimes I wish I had, like with the infamous Party Monster. I still resent the hell out of being dragged to that piece of garbage. And I still wish I could flush it from my brain forever.

I do too, Simon! I'm very anal about that. Plus, you never know when you might get a cool/funny tag after they're over. And I'm a film score geek, so I like to hear the end title music.

Anybody ever use coupon codes? They're a top story on Yahoo tonight. Here's a place where you can see/get some. I wonder if they're worth using.

I've printed out coupons for specific brands, (Pillsbury for instance). It works pretty well. And even if they're in a low denomination, if your store does treble coupons it could really be worthwhile.

I'm sorry you had a lame time at the movies, Maria. I've felt like that before in the movie theater too.

JTT told me yesterday that lots of his co-workers thought it sucked too. They thought it was a good action movie but didn't really come out as a Bond-movie. JTT explained that the new Bond should only be watched right after Casino Royale since the timeline continues straight from there. I figured that much. Maybe that is one of the reason I didn't like it. Well, I'm passed that bad movie experience now.
I too do both those things. Stick thru the entire movie even if it has a slow start or something. It has to be seriously disturbing or crappy for me to stop in the middle. I want to give all movies a chance. You never know what will come up if you don't stick to see it. And one of the reasons is that some people did a lot of work to do the movie I'm watching and I feel like I should watch it all before judging it.
And I do the end credits thing too, sometimes, when there's a good song or there's some name I want to see. Or it looks like there might be some cool crazy credits.

Haha, cool, I do that too. Usually there will be a few people who also stay right until the end, but it has happened that I was the very last person to leave the theater. Sometimes you even get rewarded to stay until the end. It's been a while, though, since I've seen anything that had an extra scene after the end credits.

The extra scene for X-Files was during the end credits, not after them, at least in the version I saw. I was trying to think of a movie where the extra scene is truly at the end of the credits, and I don't really remember anything right now.

I always sit and watch the whole credits when I see a movie in the theatre. I don't care if other people find that weird.

I do believe that Iron Man has a scene right after the credits. I havn't seen it yet but i could be wrong.

Oh yes, it certainly has. The Sam Jackson as Nick Fury scene. It caused major geekgasms in the theater where I saw the movie.
The actual X Files scene doesn't happen until the credits are done, the weird zooming across the snow/water "what-the-hell-is-going-on-here?" stuff happens during the credits.

Funny, I seem to recall that the X-Files scene came in the middle of the credits somewhere and the credits then went on afterwards. But maybe it's my memory playing tricks on me.

So I did grocery shopping at Meijer today. In the mail yesterday I received a coupon from them for $10 off my purchase of $50 or more for the next 2 weeks.
So I went and spent about $70 for food. The cashier had a problem with the coupon and asked for a supervisor to come and help, she went and overrode it.
So I got home and noticed that instead of just $10 off, I actually got $20 off. So with all the sales and the coupon mistake I saved $47.

Nice! Glitches like that are pretty cool. It's kinda like finding money in a pants pocket you didn't know was there, isn't it? My mom once found a really old 100 DM bill in a drawer, long after they had switched to new Deutschmark bills. I think she had to go to the national bank to have it exchanged for a current 100 DM bill back then.

This is just me rambling about hairdye..
I dyed my hair yesterday. I got tired of beeing a blonde. Blondes don't have more fun! I dyed my hair blonde for a half a year and now realized it's one of the things making me blue. Made me feel like I'm not myself anymore. So I wanted to closer to my own color; mid-brown with a shade of red. In the past I've liked dying my hair with darker shades of brownish red. So that's what I'm heading for now. I decided it's better to get there shade by shade. I've heard horror stories about dyejobs gone wrong. So this time I dyed with light brown. I kinda like this color there is now. It kinda looks like not quite brown but not blonde either. Something in the middle. It looks good everyelse but in my bathroom mirror. The light there gives it a bit of green shade! So I'll propably dye again with darker brown in a few weeks.
I swear it has nothing to do with "Edward prefers brunettes"! I'm a Jacob-girl

Family.
I don't know why I still join them on those Sundays. Probably because of my mom's food. I hate it when my brother (the now married one) joins us too because we ALWAYS end fighting with each other. But hey, if he wants to use my laptop and calls me stupid in the same sentence, it's as clear as clean water that I am NOT going to let him use my laptop.

Aah, brothers! Never know if I want to hit them or hug them. Thank God they're getting a bit nicer now that't they're both past 20 years. Can't believe how fast time goes. Wasn't it just few weeks ago when my youngest little brother was 10 and always hanging on my hair?

My brothers are both past 30 years, that's not really better, believe me. The other one kept making fun of the goofy pics we took with Chris last month. He doesn't understand what the trip means to me, he thinks I'm just a stupid little teenage fangirl.

Oh, bummer. Tell him to act his age... If someone called me a teenage fangirl, I'd punch him. My brothers know by now not to piss me off. Now that they're bigger than me I don't feel bad about getting back at them what ever they get in mind. When we were kids they used to make my life a living pain because I didn't want to hurt them annoying little bastards. I'm not a violent person but nowdays I know how to defend my self.. And will know even better when I loose some weight and start either Hapkido or kick boxing.

Well, thank God I don't see my brothers that often, so it's just one or two days a month I have to handle them. I'm back home now and focussing on Twilight again.
