Greetings from a snowy Monheim. We've had about 3 inches of snow overnight. I know that's laughable for people like Illinois, but it's very rare that it snows (and that the snows stays) in this area.
(Photo taken with my cell phone, thus kinda crappy.)

Actually that is more snow than what we have on the ground right now. Over the past week or so we had a few days with highs near 60 and heavy rain that melted all the snow, well except for the big snow mounds left by the sides of the roads or in parking lots.
Of course things change, now it's cold and expecting some snow on Tuesday.

LOL. Easy! It wasn't that big a deal. It also arrived late, sorry about that. I'm glad you love it.
Oh, and about the photo I just posted, it's the view from my office window. Having just been outside for a post lunch walk, it's definitely more than 3 inches of snow. More like five to six now.

Oh, and Illinois? Please don't freak out, but I think you were in my dream last night.
You were a sandy-haired guy with short, spiky hair, in his late 20's/early 30's, selling electronic equipment (can't remember if it was scanners or printers). It was in some kind of huge warehouse or convention center where there were lots of stalls with people selling things. I can't really remember more of the context.
And please don't ask me how this happened. I have no clue whatsoever. Was I even close with my description?

Damned.. My turn to be sick then... Something wrong with my belly. Most likely it's a side effect for the meds I got for my constant bellyackes.. I read the paperprint in the box again and came to think that I have a lot of the side effects ecplained there. That's just great. I had the same medicine a year ago when I had a wisdom tooth pulled out and the dentist was worried the antibiotic might cause me bellyaches.. I didn't get any side effects back then... How can it even be that I get the side effects yesterday and today when I didn't even remember to take the damn capsule yesterday or the day before.. Delayed effect a possibilty? My bellyackes went away the first day I started taking them.. Really don't like it if I can't take them anymore... I didn't take any today just to see if this stuff would pass... Maybe I'll try again then.. maybe this is just some kinda foodpoisoning or something...

I'm no doctor, Maria, but side effects can appear after a while, even if you've not had problems before. Your body constantly changes. What I can also tell you is that a lot of the possible side effects in the safety leaflet of any given medication don't mean that they will appear often or at all. They are assessed by what complaints patients have while they take part in a clinical study. So if a patient reports headaches during a study, you never know if he has them because he's taking the study medication or if he would have had them anyway, even if he wasn't taking any study medication. So to be on the safe side, the pharmaceutical companies may put certain side effects into the leaflet, even though it has not been clinically proven that they were related to the study medication.
What kind of meds are you talking about? Painkillers? Is there nothing similar that you could try?
