Okay, so I'm totally hooked on this Canadian TV show, ReGenesis. Anyone even heard of it? It ran from 2004 to 2008, got four seasons. Man, this show is every molecular biologist's dream. And the cast is great and it pushes all my McPunisher buttons. Plus, there is no censorship whatsoever, so there's lots of f-words and a hefty portion of nipples and bare male butts. And, uhm, Ellen Page ftw! (Only for the first eight episodes, though. Boo!) I've been plowing through all four seasons in under a week. Just six more episodes to go, which I will undoubtedly be watching tomorrow. (Yay for timely bank holidays!)

I will surely hate it tomorrow that there's not more of the show, but I will also be glad that it's over because then my messed up brain may find a way to something resembling normalcy. Is there anything like TV show addiction? Cause I think I must be suffering from it. Seriously, I've barely been functional the past few days. Geez... I need to get a life.

I watched Sam Trammell's Dexter episode earlier today. Why did I never check this show out, it's great, I really love it. I wish I could buy at least one season on DVD.

I'm watching. I was chatting with some friends about it too. how VD has become like a band that really grows on you and their every song (=episode) is a masterpiece but their own style has gotten so well tuned, the songs starts to sound the same. I feel like we're being lulled into oblivion and suddenly there'll be something that leaves us all "WTF? never saw that one coming!"

You're right about Ian. Makes good eyecandy, always.

Totally agree with your review. I've had to watch at least each episode twice because I always seem to miss something that ends up being hugely important in the episode. It's driving me crazy! I have no idea how the plot can get any better!

They're trying to get another Ender's Game adaptation off the ground. It's gonna be such a tough book to film, but I guess anything's possible. One thing's for certain, it WILL be watered down for PG-13 consumption. At least the kid they've chosen to play Stilson's kind of adorable.

watching the Kate Winslet version of Mildred Pierce - mini series. Truly excellent. So glad I rented it this weekend. Was always a fan of tJoan Crawford movie.

and yes, I totally misspelled brad on purpose. I never got his appeal.

on another note. Ever notice if you put "Cusack" on as a search word on this board, you get a whole page full of answers. Like ALL the threads that are the least bit active! I was surprised to find out this but also to find out that he doesn't have his own thread. with all the comparing to Chris I expected to find a Cusack appreciation thread!
