Saw The Hunger Games at the cheap theater today. I liked it very much. I don't think they could've possibly done a better job with casting. Everyone was great.

I agree it was much better than I thought it was going to be. Jennifer Lawrence is one to watch for Perfectly casted indeed.

I saw Bourne Legacy over the weekend and really enjoyed it. Slow to action build up but because they are building up a plot to set up the next set of movies. The plot is quite interesting and everyone seemed into it too. Of course there is action, just not as much as the last but I think the purpose of it was to create a new set of Bourne Movies. Still entertaining and still some great action scenes. Of course how can you not love Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz? Both incredible. Reachel Weisz is just so real in anything she does. so I recommend checking it out! Jeremy Renner is definitely a new replacement for action in the Bourne, and I also feel like a potential fill in for the Mission Impossible movies if Cruise retires from those too. But I'll miss seeing him in independent movies like The Hurt Locker. So good.

Yeah, Renner's career sure took off. I loved The Hurt Locker too. But this should give him the opportunity to pick his movies a little more freely. I also loved him in The Town. I'm definitely interested in seeing the new Bourne movie. I'm gonna have to check when it's being released in Germany.

You're supposed to be repulsed. He's a villain in the movie. I don't think it's sexy. I think he looks like a killing machine. But it is pretty remarkable, the transformation he's made.

I'm having a John Cusack day. I guess we don't have a thread for him (wth Deb? lol) so I'm posting here. I just watched Say Anything and I honestly can't remember ever seeing it before. how is that posible? I loved it. Now I've got Must love dogs up next and I think later tonight I'm gonna watch my Martian child dvd. just kinda felt like my life has been deprived of JC in the past couple of years. lol

Yeah, we should. Say Anything is one of my favorite movies of all time. I remember when I saw it in the theater. I loved it but it also upset me in a way because I figured I'd never be able to write anything even remotely that good.
