I often ask myself the same question Grace asks at the end. I was sick this morning and my little doggie was so sweet and cuddly. She knew I felt bad. Dogs are wonderful in that they remain babies their whole lives.

In the cute and cuddly way yes, but babies don't really care if you feel sick, they want what they want when they want it. But just imagine if Joan heard Grace (or you) compare her child to a dog, she wouldn't just shake it off like Adam does
