Re: Private Practice

My grandma was all wound up in Nancy Grace anyway, so even if I remembered I couldn't just turn her show off.

How's the lady's broken hoohaa?

That was a really good story, actually.  It's part of why i cried.  I don't want to spoil it for you.

I cried as well, but only a little. It was a wonderful episode, though. Cooper was way funny in his pink tutu. smile And can I get some of Dell's grandma's chocolate cake, please? Dell, you can bake cake for me every day, Lovely.

Ahhhhh, yes, I get that.  Totally.  I was just sitting here thinking that the kid who played Michael was really excellent.  Very understated and non-cliche.

Was he the cute little gay boy?  I basically just saw the old lady get on top of the old man, I couldn't even watch anything after that.  I ruined everything forever,  I may never be able to write smut again tongue

Re: Private Practice

Yeah, he was really good.  His name's not listed in the cast on IMBd.  You just need some A/J therapy.  Go watch the camper scene and imagine you're Joan and have no intention of stopping him.

The third and fourth disk of the first season... I'm sure they're in my room somewhere buried under all the dirty clothes  wink  Whenever I run out of shirts and decide to do the laundry I'll find it.

Re: Private Practice

Almost everything I own is that kind of lost.  I'm almost certain it's there, if not it's at my friend's house.  Things don't usually just get up and walk away in my room.  wink

Re: Private Practice

Mine either.  And yet somehow, like 3 years ago, I lost my audio tapes of the first two albums by The Bears.  You can't get them anymore and they aren't available on CD.  I've been heartsick ever since.  :crying:

Re: Private Practice

That sucks.   But if it's worth anything, the sound on them would probably suck by now anyway.

That actually used to happen all the time to me when I was younger, then when my ferret died I was about to throw his bed away, noticed it weighed more than it should, and found broken CDs, an old watch, my brother's old glasses, and a bunch of other little stuff buried inside of it.

Re: Private Practice

Oh, you had a very ferrety ferret indeed!  My friends Kim and Casey have been moms to many ferrets, only one current one, three deceased.

I have no one here to steal them.  And yeah, the sound might not be perfect, but I long to hear that music, you have no idea, especially the song Superboy.  I wish I could find MP3s, damnit.  They're like one of my all-time favorite bands and those albums are both perfect.  I can't believe no one will buy and release them.  They could make a nice chunk.  There's a Bears Nation out here who would pay anything for CDs.

Re: Private Practice

This I've been meaning to mention about the episode that Margeina Tovah was in (man, that girl is skinny!): As soon as they said autoimmune disease, my radar went up and I said: Let me guess, she's gonna have Crohn's disease!! And she did. Why did I pick that one out? Well, the new study that we're just in the process of setting up at work is in Crohn's disease. I could tell you quite a few things about it, but I better not. It's not a disease you either wanna have or hear about. Poor girl.

Re: Private Practice

That was a good episode. I almost didn't recognized her at first, but when I saw her the second time I was like "D'uh! It's Glynis!"
It was also funny that the episode had another person I knew from another show and I almost didn't recognize her either. It was the elderly woman. She used to play Edna on Everwood. I don't know if anyone here watched it but I miss this show. *sigh*
