That's cool. Will you watch it? Obviously I won't since that's 2:30 AM for me on a weeknight. Wish I could, though, I'd try to make a few screencaps if we see Chris. If we're lucky, they'll archive the video afterwards so the timezone challenged people can watch it later on.

They don't archive as far as I can tell. And the arrivals apparently started at least 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. I was on the site and I kept trying to get it to play but it didn't start till 6:30 PST on the dot. And there was no Chris. Not even in the background.

Could we have one day, just one damn day that's not a crushing disappointment? Please?

Getty has five pages of photos from the event, but Chris isn't on any of them. Looks like he flew pretty much under the radar, zimbio.com has 192 photos from the event, and Chris isn't on any of them either. I don't think we'll have much luck finding more than those three goofy pics.

Ah, now it makes a certain kind of sense. I still think it's a strange thing to wear at an event that was clearly more formal than, say, the Fanboys screenings. Was he trying to be a rebel or something? If you ask me, Chris doesn't make a good alien, at least not with those glasses.

Why was he wearing them? My guess is they were giving them out at the premiere and he just stuck them on to be silly and someone snapped a pic. Remember how goofy he acted at the Just Friends premiere? I don't think he takes these big, Hollywood movies nearly as seriously as he takes the indies. He always seems to ham it up at these big ones and to be more serious at the Indie premieres.

What I wanna know is, what's that pink thing in his collar...?

Have fun looking for new pictures of Chris from the premiere. jamd.com has 694 pictures on 24 pages from the premiere (http://www.jamd.com/search/q/race%20to% … /30/page/1). Chris isn't on a single one of them. Instead they photographed ankles and shoes of people that I don't even know the faces of. This is kinda frustrating, so I'm giving up for now. If anyone finds more pics of Chris, post them or e-mail them and I'll put them in the gallery.

Wow, you can already get a used copy for about two bucks. Cool. I don't know that author. Novelizations can be either really good or really crappy. The one cool thing about them is that they're based on the screenplay, not the edited film so there's often stuff in there that got left on the cutting room floor. I might have to get the book.
