Hey folks. If you go to the official GRAD website and in the window where the trailer plays...there have been some new options added. Including the ability to preview a scene from the film. Under the movie...click on the video selection you want to stream...the trailer...or the scene. There is also a re-stating of the synopsis and some of the press kit photos (which you all have already found elsewhere) that will also play in that same movie window.
Enjoy!

Thanks, Brian! Will go look right now.

Oh, and this is kinda cute, it's from the Graduation production notes:
Mike Mayer: "The actors and I had a very short time in Pittsburgh to rehearse. I got the four of them together in my hotel room and we rehearsed as a group. During breaks I had the actors go around town in character, with me tagging along to observe and make suggestions. We went to a Burger King, I think, and Chris Marquette, in character as Carl, went behind the counter and nearly got us all kicked out. It was at that moment that the four actors clicked as a group. I left them at the restaurant and walked back to the hotel, floating on air. I don't even think the four of them noticed me go,"
Chris Marquette dove into his role as Carl with gusto. He got real piercings and had to dye his hair green. "It turns out there are no permanent green hair dyes, so Chris had to re-dye his hair every two days or so. Because the dye was temporary it would come off everywhere, and Chris would regularly wake up with his hotel sheets dyed dark green," says Mayer.
I think Chris said they re-did the hair every two weeks... Hm....

Yeah, he did say two weeks, but you know the dude has absolutely no concept of time. I'm beginning to wonder if BH & Co made that part of Adam because it's true of Chris.
And yeah, thanks Brian, that's awesome. They're doing a really good job rolling all of this out. I just wish people were paying more attention to the official stuff than to the idiots on IMDb.

Hey, guys. This is Mike Mayer, the director of GRADUATION. You all have been so supportive of the film, and so patient, and I want to thank you for that. You guys rock. I think you're really going to like GRADUATION.

I've already ordered my copy and, if I weren't nearly 300 miles from Austin, I'd be seeing it this Friday. It really looks like it's gonna be a good one!

I'd be seeing it this Friday too if I still lived in Texas. It sucks that I moved from there. I can't wait till the DVD comes out. Too bad it isn't out already.

Hey Mike, I can only second everyone. Thanks for coming by and I, too, can't wait for the DVD (which I've also already pre-ordered)! Especially looking forward to the extras, it's awesome that there's so much additional stuff on the DVD. I have a feeling this one's gonna be a good one.
Hope you all have fun at the premiere on Thursday!
On another note, Riley Smith posted this on his official "Life Of Riley" MySpace:
Whats up "Lifers", I just wanted to update you on my new movie "Graduation", that is coming out in select theaters May 2nd, and DVD to follow at the end of may. You can watch the trailer right here on our myspace page, or go to the "official myspace graduation page" located in my top friends. The movie also stars Shannon Lucio, who some of you may remember playing my love interest in SBSA... It was cool to work with her again, we have become good friends through all the time on the road. And Also stars a really talented dude named Chris Marquette, who most of you would know from "The Girl Next Door" and "Alpha Dog". And last but not least, Chris Lowell and Adam Arkin. So Check it out if its playin in your hood May 2nd, or rent it in a month when it comes out on DVD at the end of MAY.
Much Love,
Riley
But, uh, Riley, May 13 is not end of May. You should get your facts straight.
