10 PM is only normal if you have kids and an early job start time. Or you're George Bush. I think most Americans crash between 11 and 11:30. People watch the news and maybe the Leno/Letterman monologue and crash. Or at least they stay up long enough for the weather forecast. I'm talking about Jim & Susie McNormal here. I struggle to get my butt to bed every night. I'm a nightowl with a 9-6. It's hell sometimes. And people wonder why I sleep like the dead on the weekends. I'm lucky if I get to bed by 12:30 and I have to be up by 7:30. I shoot for Midnight every night and fail miserably 85% of the time.
