OK, I don't really know what this is yet, but I'm trying to find out. The clip is a nice long trailer featuring Chris and his very familiar pals as a group of guys trying to sell a reality TV show in Hollywood. It sounds like something Chris described to us in 2008 that they were trying to develop as a web series. Could this be it? Finally getting out there?

It's really funny and he's absolutely adorable and funny and clever and articulate. I'd follow this....

Did you see that one day ago, they posted an answer in the comments when someone asked whether it's going to be on TV?

It might end up on tv, if we can enough attention to get it there. Right now this is just an independent project. Thanks for all the support.

I also noticed she has done a scene with Anton Yelchin in New York, I Love You. One of those movies that just has a whole bunch of people with short snip it type stories thrown together and hoping they can use as many names as they can get. But the scene that these 2 had was great

Kate & Deb: I knew I recognized her but just couldn't figure it out! Wow! She is awesome. Hope she and Chris could do a full feature together. I loved their conversations & chemistry! In the short times they had in that trailer they really took the show I thought. So natural. I bet she had good chemistry with Anton Yelchin too.

Personally, I think a scripted reality show would be more entertaining than a lot of the "real" reality shows....

Um, actually they are all scripted. At least partially. Though the "dialogue" is improvised, the situations are 100% contrived. That's not widely known outside the industry. But it's absolutely a flat fact. They had classes on how to write for "reality" TV at the Creative Screenwriting EXPOs I attended. Also, most of the people who appear in shows like Survivor and The Bachelor are failed actors. In fact, the writers of "reality" shows have been lobbying for their own Emmy category for years.

Oh well, I guess I knew that in the back of my mind. I actually rarely watch reality shows. What I was meaning to say about Reality Check is that it would good to see a "spoof" of the reality shows.

I don't watch them either. And yeah, I'd love to see someone spoof them. These guys do a really good job of showing what it's probably like trying to get one off the ground.
