I used Sumopaint.com, and then I touched it up in photoimpression 5... It can also be doen (very carefully) in Windows Paint.  I felt so amazed when I discovered you can do this, and I literally leaped out of my seat and was like "OMG YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO THAT?!" I was working on a banner for my friend XD
