Yes, there was new GA. It was really good. Not shockingly great like it is sometimes but relly good. I liked Izzy's stuff a lot. And George and his dad.

Just watched the Sean Hatosy ep. It was great! Sometimes I imagined Chris playing that guy (which was surprisingly easy), I'm sure he would have done a great job too.

There's a few things I wanted to comment on the episode where Curtis Ames meets his demise: Wonderful, intense, brilliant acting on Forest Whittaker's part. Even though I thought the ending was very stereotypical (how else would it have ended with the face-off on the roof???), I still loved the episode. It was all very intense, not only the Luka/Abby storyline. And I can't believe Alex really torched Sam's apartment. That boy seriously needs help. I still hate that they exchanged the actor halfway through the show. I liked the previous one much better. Already hated it when they did it with Mark Greene's daughter, way back in the day.

What do you guys think about Sam and Ben? I'm not quite convinced... The part about Tony and his "daughter" was also heartbreaking. I wonder if his friend (forgot her name) only said she was his daughter because she was aware that she was about to die...? What do you guys think? Maybe there was more in the episode that aired last night. No spoilers, please.

Yes, the rooftop stand-off was a little cheesy, but hey, things become cliche for a reason --- because they happen a LOT.

I like Sam and Ben. He seems like a really decent guy. Which is probably why they won't last. Is she mature enough to be with a really decent guy?

And no, Meg didn't tell Tony that Sarah's his daughter just because she though she was gonna die. That's all I'll say.

This week's ep was really good too. Loved Abby and Luka at the end. And Pratt's storyline gets some resolution, too.

The best part of last night was a this guest character who was supposed to be performing at a comedy club, but had a relapse of leukemia and ended up at County. The role was great and the actor who took it did a terrific job. I've seen him before. Gonna have to look him up.

Nice episode tonight.

Very cool Morris Moment tonight --- he snapped on Gates and sent him home for defying orders one too many times. And Sam's story with the dying photographer, played beautifully by Annabella Sciorra, was very touching.

OK, last year's ending sucked, but the premiere was really tight. And it's official. Morris is a regular dude. Finally. No more creepy weirdo crap. I loved him with the "Pratt you're buying". That's was cute. And in the preview for next week, he's wearing yummy green scrubs with a black shirt underneath. Way hotter than his silly shirt/tie combinations.

Tonight picked up the same day it ended last season and it was mainly about the protest and all the injuries. Neela specifically. It was pretty intense.
