Re: Grey's Anatomy

The light, you're right!  I didn't think of that.

Yeah, Norman needs one?  Like McWhat?

Re: Grey's Anatomy

I don't know, I'm too uncreative to think of one.  I wanna say McOld, but that's lame.  :clueless:

WHAT did Alex just do to that kid?  I couldn't even watch it... eyes make me squimish.

And Really Old Guy's now really dead.  And Izzie didn't touch him.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

I couldn't watch either.  I'll just say needle in the eyesocket, withdrawing fluid.  That's all I saw through my fingers.  And hey, Izzie got to kill somebody twice!  Well, OK, she didn't really do it either time.  But it happened on her watch and she promised it wouldn't.

I'm re-watching it now... everything revolved around age in this episode.

He told Meredith that he wants to marry her, that he wants to build a house with her, have children with her, grow old with her. And that he knows she's not ready. He will wait, but he knows that he might have to wait a long time. Meredith asks him what will happen if he meets someone else who can give him what he wants and he answers that he doesn't know before he gets into the elevator. The doors close and Meredith is left standing outside.

You hear Meredith do her voice-over: "Forgive and forget. That's what they say."
The father of the spine guy (the football player) stands at his son's bed and softly strokes his hair.
Lexi thanks Christina for saving her ass in surgery. Christina says, "Well, that's my job, Three."
Meredith VO: "It's good advice, but it's not very pracitcal. When someone hurts us, we want to hurt them back."
Izzie is crying in bed. Alex comes in and drops a box of Kleenex on her bed, saying in a soft, kinda sweet way, "Keep it down, will you?"
Meredith VO: "When someone wrongs us, we want to be right. Without forgiveness, old scores are never settled. Old wounds never heal. And the most you can hope for is that one day we'll be lucky enough to forget."
Callie sits on her bed alone, fully dressed, and switches off the light to sit in the dark.
The End.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Aaawww. I just spoiled myself, but I already started watching the first episode on Saturday night when I was at the youth hostel in Dortmund. I just couldn't wait. LOL Today I was on a train for five hours and I really thought about putting Cooper on the desk in front of me and watch the rest during my five hour journey. But I didn't. There were always people coming and going and I need silence when I watch GA.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Wooohooo. I did it. I watched the first four episodes of season 4. (haha, what a nice coincidence. LOL)
The following is some rant about the episodes, you don't need to read it if you don't want, it's okay with me, I just needed a place to write down my thoughts. And I am sure this is full of grammar mistakes. LOL

Ooookay. First: I think I am going to like Bailey the most this season. She was great so far. The others ... I am not sure yet. But what I know is that I hate Alex. Really, he is the biggest a**hole I've ever seen on a TV screen. I mean, what is this supposed to be - he get's mad at Izzie because she dumped him and falls in love with George instead, whom he hates George for being George or whatever reason. I am clearly on Izzies side here. I still remember last season and his Jane Doe/Eva/Rebecca woman. And now he gets mad at Izzie? Boo. Not with me.
Strangely I think I am not going to like George very much either. And I don't even know why. I guess it's for marrying Callie for whatever reason. I never got that. To be honest, I was never convinced about that marriage. And now he's married, but loves Izzie. Great. I don't like that either, I wanted them to stay best friends.
I am curious what's going to happen with Derek and Meredith. I don't know what's going on with them. Well, mostly I am not sure about Meredith. There is Derek who says all those things woman love to hear men saying (about love and getting old together, blablabla) and she just seems like she doesn't know what to do with him. WHY??? Okay, I admit it, I am schmaltzy here, but I loved them together and I don't want them to break up! I don't care if it's schmaltzy or not! They are my current favorite TV couple, and I NEED them to be together! (This has nothing to do with Adam and Joan, they'll always be my No.1, it's just that GA is the most favorite show of my favorite running TV shows. YES, I am a TV addict. LOL)

And now let me start with Private Practise. I am dying to see Amy back on screen! big_smile

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Alex is pissing me off too.  I don't understand his problem with George.  But since I haven't always watched the show, I thought maybe I missed something.

I love Callie and I don't want her to hurt anymore.  Stupid George.  Can't make up his mind.  I don't think she's going to let him go too easily.  Just seems like this year will be filled with pain for these guys.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Alex just never liked George.  I don't really know why.  At first I thought it was because he thought George was gay and he was a homophobe, but at one point he told George he was "cool with the rainbow" or something like that.   He might still have hard feelings about when George beat him up way back in season 1 or 2.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Sometimes I think Alex hates George because George performed that heart surgery in the elevater while he, Alex, wasn't able to do anything.
