God yes!  It drives me nuts that Nick didn't give us that much.  I dare say it might've been a bit less chaste than an Adam/Joan kiss.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

Hi and welcome to the board, dee. Thanks for answering the questionnaire. (And, Deb, if you're going to tell me not to read it, well, too late. Guess I've been spoiled for TI now, but, hell, hopefully it's only two more weeks. I'm not that mad. At least I now know it's gonna be even more intense. Should we put a spoiler warning into dee's post?)

I agree, Chris is so versatile that I can't see him being typecast either. Hope he never will be. I love the question you have for him. If we get to interview him again, we might try to squeeze that one in.

All the best wishes for your friend Ryan. I hope he makes it. I'm sending lots of good vibes.

Welcome on this board, dee. (Oh, Tina, I'm sorry you're spoiled now!)

I am with you at the versatile/typecast thing. I guess I wouldn't like to see him playing only the same type. He has way more talent!

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

Hey, I did everything in my power to keep you unspoiled, T.  But you really didn't get much out of that, did you?  And hey, it looks like we were destined to be spoiled on this movie from the beginning since Chris did the major spoiling way back in October.

Anyway, great answers Dee.  Nice to see you also love the Pimply Pubescent Horndog scene from JoA.  That's one of our absolute favorites!

Yeah, I know you really tried, and it worked great so far. Until today. But, like I said, I'm not that mad. Dee didn't know better. Nothing to be done about it now anyway. Anyone got one of those nifty memory erasers from MIB? wink

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

It's okay, dee, don't worry about it. I'm usually avoiding spoilers like the plague, but Chris already pretty much spoiled the ending for us when we interviewed him in October.

SPOILER for The Invisible to follow:

He was like, "Yeah, yeah, I mean, in the movie I kill my best friend."

And I went, "No!! You spoiled the ending!!"

He was so sorry, you should have seen him. LOL Didn't stop him from saying it again in the Alpha Dog red carpet interview that one of the movie websites did. Bad, Chris, very bad!

I hope I can see the movie in two weeks when I come back from my business trip to Australia and New Zealand. I live in Germany and the movie opens May 10 over here.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

Hey BiggestFan, got a quick question for you... you seem to dig Chris most in comedies.  Have you seen Joan Of Arcadia?  Or American Gun?  Any of the serious dramatic stuff?  Just wondering.  I find it really fascinating that he wins some people over with his rubber-faced lunacy, and some with his agonizing tear-duct action.  He's just really talented like that.

Personally, I love both, which is probably why I still consider JoA his very best work.  He got to do some very layered work on that show.  Sometimes, he ran the gamut from comic to tragic in one episode.  Like Season Two's Shadows & Light, for example.  That's a perfect title for that ep because we get to see both from our beloved Adam.  Guess that's why it has become my favorite S2 ep.

Sorry I haven't given you a proper welcome.  You just happened to come on board right when my life took an ugly, tragic turn.  I'm trying to get myself together.

Anyway, great to have you on board.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
The first thing I saw him in was The Girl Next Door. It was like love at first sight. I thought he was so adorable and I was only like 10 in 2004 when it came out so I thought it was just a phase but I still am obsessed with him. He is so down to earth and cute. Who couldn't like him?

What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
My favorite thing has got to be The Invisible. I thought he was great in it and I thought the movie was very well made. It is my all time favorite movie!

What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
My favorite scene in The Invisible is the ending after Annie died and Nick threw the plane into the sky.

Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
My favorite character has got to be Eli because he was just so funny. I love the part in The Girl Next Door when Chris jumps over the edge of the railing when that guy was chasing him and Klitz and he fell right into the boob cake! It was so funny!

Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris?  What site did you land on?
The site I landed on was Imdb.com. I love Imdb because it tells you when Chris will be on t.v. next and all his movies and things.

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
I was looking for Chris Marquette fan sites and I must say this is the best one by far. There's not to many left but this site is still my favorite by far!

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
Um. . this ones kind of tough but I would say I would love if Chris was in more comedy movies and horror movies. Also a dramatic or romance movie. Honestly, I would love to see him in any kind of movie.

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
I have seen Alpha Dog and The Invisible in theatres. They were both great!

Own any Chris movies?
My parents are HUGE movie collecters and we have over 752 DVD's and of Chris's movies I own Alpha Dog, American Gun, The Girl Next Door, The Tic Code, Just Friends, Freddy vs. Jason, and I would love to get the Joan of Arcadia and Strong Medicine box sets. I am also waiting for The Invisible to come out.

Have anything special recorded off TV?
I really don't record anything from t.v. so no I don't.

What do you like most about Chris?
I love his eyes. I also love that he can cry at any moment he wants. I aslo think he is the best actor I have ever seen because he really gets into his character. I love his hair and sense of style too.

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
I would ask him if he is happy how his life is going and if he would change anything about it.

Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
Alot like:
" Raise your hand if your brother's a homo!"
" Would you rather be normal and can't play the piano, or be wierd and can."
"I swear to god if you don't F*** her, I'll kill myself. Please, Please Matt. F*** her for me, for me!
" What would JFK do, you know he'd tap that a**."
" The Notebook is so gay!"
" Will you just untwist your panties before your balls fall off"
" You are a weird Fuc***, Byrd."

Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
No I haven't, but I have this whole thing planned out. When I'm 22, I wanna move to Los Angeles, meet Chris Marquette, buy a nice House on the beach in LA, and have Chris move in with me. Sound o.k?

If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
Well, I already have 3 autographed pictures of him and will probably get more, but I wish he would tattoo my arm and put a little note from him on it so I will always have it with me no matter where I go.

What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
a) a very dark and suspenseful thriller
b) a sitcom
c) a quirky and/or romantic comedy
d) a horror movie
e) a drama TV show
f) an action movie
g) a dramatic movie
h) a medical or cop show
i) a theater play
j) something else entirely (if so, what?)

I would like him to do all of them within his lifetime so I could see different varities of him and what else he can do. I would love to see him sing in a play and I hope to see him in more t.v. shows as lead roles.

This is my favorite answer to this question by far.

Wow, you have seen all the important stuff, huh?  And at such a tender age.  Your parents sound really cool.  It's good that they're OK with your rather grown-up taste in movies.

You're gonna fit right in around here.  Your answers were very similar to the rest of us.  smile

Have you read about Infestation?  If you wanna see Chris in comedy and horror, this will be your movie!  Have you checked out the short films on the official Infestation site yet?  They're hilarious.  I'm so excited about this movie:  A lead role!  A big movie!  Sci-fi/action/comedy!  Chris is the hero!  And he gets the girl!  What could be better?  lol

And it's super-sweet that he gets to act alongside his girlfriend, who has a small part.

What post, Dee?  I don't see any spoilers.

I've never been to Ohio, but I've been to LA many times.  NOT my favorite place.  There are cool things about it.  But it also has this weird sort of... stink of desperation about it.  My favorite places in LA are Venice Beach and Laurel Canyon.

I do love San Diego though.  I have an aunt who lives in the SD suburbs.
