They're using all these controversial images. Like a guy stuffing his face with junk food, followed by a stick-thin, starving man in Africa. Or the World Trade Center towers crashing down. Hitler. War pictures, atom bomb tests. Things like that.

Found the new Linkin Park album (Minutes To Midnight) in my mailbox today when I got home. Yay!! Wow, it's totally different. I had already heard or read somewhere that with this album they moved away from the Nu Metal genre that they said they never really felt comfortable being associated with (wonder why). And that's what they did. I can't really describe the album, but it's somewhere between rock and pop, I guess. It's not that I don't like it, it sounds cool so far. Guess I need to listen a few more times to decide whether I really like it as much as their previous albums.

I know it's not exactly new (it was released around x-mas last year, I think), but I saw it today for the first time and I think it has a really nice notion.
