Okay, now I'm doubting my own sanity. I just rewatched the movie on DVD, and the deep rumbling sound just isn't there at the end. Was I only imagining it??? WTF?

It is quite possible you did hear it in the movie and not on the DVD. Low end, which is what makes rumble in the movies, doesn't translate to video very well. Even if you have a fancy home theater, it may not be there. If they didn't use any mid range in the rumble (which often happens), then it wouldn't be on the DVD. So, your memory is quite probably accurate.

Thanks, Rick. Maybe I'm not insane after all. Also, I think I now know why Cooper says "No buzzing?" There is indeed a kind of buzzing sound in the air when they are outside after the bug attack. You can hear it if you pay attention, but I don't think you really notice it if you don't.

There's another official cover out there other than the tennis racquet one? I have a UK DVD and it's got that one. Can you take a picture of the other cover or scan it when you get it? I'm curious to know what it looks like!

Also, if you absolutely want to "get rid" of your second DVD, you can send it to me and I'll make sure it's delivered to someone within Europe who can play it. I'm quite sure we have a few more European fans who would love to get a free copy.

OK, no idea why, but Amazon has dropped the price to $9.99!!! I just pre-booked the movie for that price, selected 2-day shipping and will have it on release day for a total of $17.97! That's pretty great. Could've gotten it for about $13 if I was willing to wait a couple more days. Computer says naahhhh. Need it ASAP!
