Just discovered that Fanboys is not the only Star Wars related film with "May the Farce Be With You" as a tagline. Spaceballs, which is a Star Wars spoof, has the same tagline.

I'm not sure if that particular tagline is on any DVD's. I know it has been on posters for Spaceballs and IMDb mentions it as the tagline, but I also know the film uses "May the Schwartz Be With You" as well as a tagline. The DVD I have uses the Schwartz tagline.

Highly doubtful. I think Kyle will probably be the only one there. It came to light last year that the guys were paying their own way to some of the publicity events for the movie over the last few years because TWC wouldn't. And since the actors have all moved on to new projects, I don't see that happening anymore.

Freshly made trailer for Fanboys, made by the Chris-fangirl I met on Twitter. She wanted to make the cancer-plot pop. She wonders if the movie would have been bigger if the cancer plot had been more prominent in the trailer.

Also, she got an answer from Kyle last night. She asked who was gonna be at the UK-screening. He answered that just him, maybe Jamie too.

The screening was awesome! They gave out free fanboys fairy cakes! and free drinks- and we got goodie bags with a poster (which Chris isn't on and Seth Rogan is! what the fudge?!) and a totally unrelated DVD... that was odd- but free! And Kyle Newman was wicked cool! (and tall...) I'll be quiet and calm down a little now...

Don't even get me started on the lack of Chris in any of the key art. I'm convinced that it's Harvey's revenge against the fans for fighting his rape of the movie.

it was funny what bits of fanboys people laughed at the most- the scene w/ the luke/leia discussion was virtually impossible to hear because people were laughing so much and we all adore the "ok, captain picard is not *gay* he's *british*"
