Re: Fanboys

That sucks Tina. I have no clue who is running it either, but it doesn't really seem like it's someone who was directly involved with the film based on the photos they have on their pic section(Which are all available off a simple Google search) and the fact that Kyle doesn't even know who it is.
To be honest, I'd leave them be, especially if they're not interested in responding back to ya. Plenty of other sites, including this one, will have more up to date info on the film anyway. smile

Including this! tongue

Here's another prop from the film and this one just so happens to be from Linus' room!

Hopefully you'll be able to see more of it in the actual film, but this was the only picture I could find with it in there.

Re: Fanboys

Yeah, that Fanbpys MySpace kinda sucks.  Sorry Kyle.  It does.  I've been there like twice and I can't see it either. They don't have anything good anyway so who cares?

Re: Fanboys

Indeed it does.  Laura, I never showed you how TeeJay morphed Linus into 22-year-old Adam, did I?

No, specifically the one on the bed with the come-hither look.  Did you see that one?

OK, TeeJay, don't kill me.  This isn't the right place to post this...

Note the pic on the end table.  She also shaved him, removed his watch and replaced the Star Wars toys with books.  This is the pic that inspired the chapter Pocket Rocket.  He is sporting a pocket anamoly in the pic.  wink

Maybe Linus will be the first action figure ever that gets tired and has to lie down occasionally.  wink

Heh.  Hate to do it, but I need to go take care of a couple of chores so I can go grab a bite and go see The Brave One again.  I'll talk to ya tonight if you're around.

Re: Fanboys

Okay, this is very cool. The other day I saw that some people posted Fanboys related images in Kyle's comment on his MySpace. So I posted:

Are we promoting Fanboys on your MySpace now, Kyle? If so, here's my two cents:

FanboysBanner.jpg

:o) (Can't wait!)

-TeeJay

Today I get a comment from him:
that is amazing! what a cool banner. it's really... perfect. i cant wait to show the other guys if you dont mind.

And he also sent me a MySpace message that had no subject line and said:
how would i post that banner on my page? im not good at myspace at all. haha

What is it with all these computer un-savvy men? LOL I sent him an explanation how to put the image in with HTML and also showed him the bigger version (the one that Chris signed for me and Anne at FX). And I told him that the image that's now all over the internet originally came from me. And you're gonna kill me, but I also sent him the conversation about the Linus action figure, asking when we'll get it.

Re: Fanboys

The smutty Linus Inaction figure stuff?!?  yikes

Cool that he liked the banner.  They should just hire you to do their whole ad campaign.  You should show him the newest t-shirt design too.  The one you did for Ashley's purple shirt and my cream one.

Re: Fanboys

Yes, I pasted pretty much the whole smutty stuff. I think he'll get a grin out of it. I hope you can forgive me. No kidding about the ad campaign. Not sure if he'll reply. He sounded rushed and he doesn't seem to be the kind of guy who's gonna sit down and compose a long-winded answer.

If he replies, I'll send him the new t-shirt design.
