Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Never mind.  It's just a THREE MINUTE short film.  Guess we'll still be waiting a while for a real new project.

I think at this point we'd hear about any new project long before it's up on IMDb, wouldn't we? wink

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

It's not on his imdb page yet. At least I didn't see it there. Had to look for the title. But if this is true, we're going to have a little JoA reunion there, since it's listing Kris Lemche too.

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Not on his German IMDb page you mean?  Because regular IMDb is where I found it this morning.  It was most certain on there, third from the top.

Nah, I never look on his German page. I hate the translation. Maybe my Firefox still has the old page in its cache. That happens sometimes.

I found it.  I gotta say the title is very thought-provoking.  What day weren't the dead actually dead? tongue

Their death day? I don't know. I guess we'll have to wait and see. It'll only take us three minutes to learn. wink

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

It'll probably take us five seconds to learn.  Because I'm sure the dead that aren't dead are gonna kill dozens of random people in the next two minutes and fifty-five seconds.

Well, I was talking mostly for myself, cause I'm not a native English speaker. I might need the whole three minutes. Or maybe even longer. wink

Haha. Poor Tina. She'll probably have to answer all those questions for me and then the movie's over and we didn't even see it. LOL

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Bottom line is we have very little chance of ever seeing this or any of the other short films he's done, so it doesn't much matter, does it?

This is true.  So no headless Chris on a stripper pole... unless someone beheads a Linus action figure.

Yeah, I don't count on that. I was just making some jokes because I am so happy right now, because I survived my first day as a vacation replacement at work.

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

There's a 3-minute trailer for it on YouTube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmXCzoxveHQ

Chris isn't in it, at least not that I could spot. Kris Lemche is, though, so this must be the right one. What's the point of making a 3-minute trailer for a 3-minute short film? And it said "The Day The Dead Weren't Dead - Coming Soon" at the end and it feels like a trailer for a longer movie. Would they do a trailer like that for a 3-minute short film???? I don't get it. The movie or film or whatever it's supposed to be is a parody, it sounds kinda funny, but I didn't understand it all. It's very fast and the picture quality kinda sucks.

There's a dark-haired guy in it about Chris's age. I could picture someone who doesn't know Chris mistaking that guy for Chris. So maybe whoever added it to IMDb thought it was Chris when it wasn't. :clueless:

I also found this:

Sounds like crap anyway.  How many more zombie films do we need?  You can't outdo Sean Of The Dead.

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Kris Lemche in another teen horror film? Raise your hand if you could see this coming. I honestly wouldn't want to see it even if Chris was in it, unless his performance was spectacular. I mean, three minutes of horror? Ehhh, probably gory too. Neh, hate teen slasher films.

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Watched the trailer.  What crap.  If it really is a movie, I hope it never gets made.  If it isn't a trailer for a movie, what is it?  But I agree, it seems erroneous that Chris is in it.  And how can these "characters" have whole names like there's really a story or something?  This is just weird.

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Is this supposed to be funny?
God, I hope it's just a rumor that Chris is part o that. I mean, the trailer is even longer than three minutes ... so what's the point of that? :clueless:
Yeah, I also noticed that darkhaired guy.

There is a "Terror Festival"? Haha, I actually find that funny. They wouldn't allow that in Germany, I guess. LOL

Re: The Day The Dead Weren't Dead

Is dark haired guy the same as eye patch guy?  Cause eye patch guy does look a little like Chris.  The other dark haired guy doesn't, he's too shaggy.
