Well, they found a big source for money, obviously. But I won't watch any movie that's not based on a book when it comes to Twilight.
I suppose they could try making the Bree Tanner novella in a movie but I doubt the original Cullen cast would agree to be in it and if they cast different actors I won't watch that either. Just my two cents.

None of them would right now, but I could see any or all of them being a little more willing 3-5 years from now when they're not the hottest new thing anymore. When Stephenie Meyer writes other things that aren't as successful, I wouldn't be at all surprised if she went back to the well, either.
And I think there are plenty of stories to tell, too. Renesmee and Jacob's story, for one. I'd also like to see a happy ending for Leah. She got the short end of the stick all the way around. And the Volturi should be more definitively destroyed. They're evil, they were running Victoria from behind the scenes in New Moon/Eclipse.
On the whole, though, I hope that everyone leaves well enough alone and just leaves us wanting more. I hate it when inferior sequels ruin what I loved about the original.

I heard somewhere that there would be a Breaking Dawn, Part II trailer before "The Hunger Games" which comes out in two weeks. So they're already gearing up. It's a little early IMO, but here we go one last time.

I might actually see that one. Looks kinda cool. Haven't read the books, of course. Has anyone here read them?

I have too much I want to read and I'm tired of reading series. Hunger Games look good though. One of my cousins thar barely reads likes the books.

I won't EVER read the Hunger games. I can't understand why so many people actually like it. What's so great about a society that sends their children out to kill each other? That's so stupid. Sorry. I'll rather stick with the sparkly vampires.

I might see the movie eventually on television. Not going to read the books.

The way things are going in the real world today, with the Regressives wanting to get rid of child labor laws and destroy public education, freaks like Lush Limpballs calling women sluts while he goes to the Dominican Republic with bag full of Viagra to screw little girls (or boys, who knows?), I don't see it as that far-fetched that a dystopian society would throw their children into the gladiator ring.

I love these books/movies, but this still made me laugh:

I especially loved the stuff about "Anna Kendrick and Jimmy Fallon with a Mustache". And I'm dying to find out what unintentionally funny thing Carlisle said one hour and five minutes in. LOL.
Anyway, enjoy!

LOL, thanks for that good laugh. I usually don't like it much when people make fun of Twilight, but that was definitely funny.

I don't understand how people are supposed to be educated then if they get rid of public schools. School should be free! A lot of people can't home school and many can't afford private school. Or they are simply saving up their money for college. And Rush is a douchebag!
Offline
The Right doesn't want you educated. They want you stupid and glued to Fox Noise so they can shove their bullshit propaganda down your throat.

Most of the conservatives can afford college and they make you look dumb if you can't do the same usually.
Excuse me but if you are a moron no degree not even a diploma that claims you have a Ph D. matters to me..

First screenings are tonight at midnight. A co-worker is going.

Seeing it on Sunday as a double feature with Part 1.

Not double feature at any theaters in my state at least. My best friend Kelley saw it today and I am seeing it Sunday afternoon.

A lot of the bigger cinemas made a marathon thing and showed all five movies in a row, but around here, only the German theatres did it and I am not going to waste money on a dubbed movie. lol The OV theatre I regularly visit is an independent one and they told me it was logistically not possible for them to do a marathon. It was okay with me anyway, since don't really want to sit in the same seat for, like, 10 hours. lol The Double feature was perfect enough. For the first time since I became a Twilight fan I was literally speechless at the end.

It was a different ending. Better than better 1 overall.

I watched it tonight, and I'm a little 'meh' about it. I don't know, I wasn't enthralled. And the ending was weird. And (not surprisingly) no Michael Welch.

Its different end in book have you read it?

I have. So, yeah, I know. But truth be told, I don't remember how exactly the book ended... :8 It's been a while that I've read it, I forget these things ridiculously fast.

I liked it better that Part I. And the twist was pretty cute, I thought. But I think most people will know what's up before all is revealed. I don't think there are monumental differences from the book. I think the movie dealt more harshly with the Volturi than the book did, and I think this is good. I missed something in Part I that I noticed this time: Eleazar Denali was played by the guy who played Dexter's brother. His make-up and accent were so good that it took me 2 movies to figure out where I'd seen him before. I liked the thing at the very end, just before the credits roll. It was very sweet, I thought.
