Season 2 in the UK?

Every morning this year, i would get up and  enjoy watching Joan of Arcadia Season 1, before i left for school. What a great start to each day.

Does anyone know whether Season 2 will be shown soon in the UK? or has it already started, and i've just missed it.

Re: Season 2 in the UK?

There's only one more person from the UK on our message board that we know of (Heather from Scotland) and she only recently joined here. I don't follow UK television, so I don't know anything about JoA over there either, sorry. Deb, you're on the IMDb JoA board very often, has anything been said there, maybe?

Not to discourage you, but maybe season 1 wasn't as big a hit as they hoped and they decided not to air season 2 at all, like it happened in Germany. But I do hope they will air it in the near future!

If you have 17 pounds to spare and you can play US DVDs, try this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Joan-Arcadia-Se … 263&sr=8-2

Re: Season 2 in the UK?

I'm not sure whether it was a hit or not, but i do believe they are repeating season 1 at the moment (but with 1 episode per week rather than the 1 episode per day). Perhaps, after they might continue.

I do have a multi-region player and am interested in getting the dvds. Just waiting to have enough cash.

So many things. Not enough money. tongue

Re: Season 2 in the UK?

I don't know if there is anyone else other than me and Heather who would like to hear this, but according to the Radio Times website, on the 2nd May at 2.35pm, Only Connect is showing. As it's the first episode of Season 2, hopefully this is news that it's starting. big_smile

Re: Season 2 in the UK?

I wish they would bring Season 2 in Germany. Not that I'd watch it (Dubbing: :puke:), but I guess there are still some people here who don't speak English and would like to see it too.

Re: Season 2 in the UK?

It's on every weekday. I always catch the 2pm viewing. Although i'm getting a daily dose of Arcadia, it would have been nice to have one episode per week. The season would last longer, plus i have so much to watch at the moment in so little time.
