Jason Paige

I have a new crush.  He's playing Joe in the first ever full stage production of Frank Zappa's rock opera, Joe's Garage.

This is the show we saw Becky Wahlstrom in this past Sunday.   He's so adorable and talented.  Great singer.  And he was very sweet too.  When we were talking to Becky, he came across the stage and I felt compelled to go say to him, "Jason!  You were so great in the show.  I really enjoyed it," and stuck my hand out and he just grabbed me and hugged me and said a big thanks.  People were so nice to us, guys.  Don't let anyone tell you any different, there are some really cool people in the Los Angeles artistic community.  We didn't have one bad experience with anyone.

I'm gonna see what else I can learn about Jason as well as buy the Zappa album tomorrow.

Re: Jason Paige

From what I just read, he's a singer who does a lot of local voicework in LA.  Looks like he's trying to break in.  I wish like hell they'd release a CD of this show with him and all the others doing the music.  Who knew Becky could sing?  Chris didn't even know.  I can't stop thinking about the show.  Especially Crew Slut.  The dude that sang the song looked like Chris Isaak with a beard.  He was tall and sexy as hell.  I'm trying to find him online too.

Here's a great review...

Re: Jason Paige

My only complaint about the show is that they spelled "deutsch" (= "German" in German) wrong. smile However, I tried to tell Jason how to pronounce something like "Fick mich, Du miserabler Hurensohn" in German. I better not translate that. tongue It's one of the lines in one of the songs that's in German.
