It was really cute. Mike had his black hair so we know it was shot while he was doing the play. Here's an ironic thing... The guy who played his friend and fellow geek in the ep was Patrick Bristow:

He played Peter on the old Ellen sitcom, opposite Jack Plotnick as Barrett:

And JoA fans will remember Jack as Sammy #2, or Not!Sammy. How cool is that?

I don't think I've ever giggled so much during an episode of CSI:! But, man, sometimes I really hate Paramount for being so stuck up that other networks have to call it Astroquest when they really mean Star Trek. I loved it, though, that they made it so über-obvious. "He's dead, Jim." Classic!! LOL
Michael didn't have a lot of screen time, but he was really great. And, yep, he can be a very cute nerd. Excellent stuff. Loved this episode, possibly the best I've seen all season.

From Larry:
American Son has been rated R "for pervasive language, some sexual content and drug use."
It had not been previously rated since it was released direct to Starz cable. This rating is in preparation for the DVD release from Walt Disney Home Entertainment.
All the Boys Love Mandy Lane has now gone from TBD (to be determined) to completely removed from the Senator release schedule.
This also happened with Fireflies in the Garden with Julia Roberts, which was scheduled to be Senator's first US release. Some had speculated that Senator wanted to enter the US theatrical market with a bang by releasing this picture first.
It is looking more and more like it will never be released theatrically.
Good thing I got the chance to see Mandy Lane in the theater, then! It's actually available on DVD in Germany. Though Mike and Aaron were great in it, I don't have much of a desire to actually buy the DVD. Just not the kind of movie I wanna put on my DVD shelf. And especially not if I have to pay 19 EUR for it.

I've seen Mandy Lane. I thought it would be better but I liked it. I hate that they keep on deciding to not release it theatrically. It just needs to come out on DVD already!
