Re: My favorite dvds of 2008

You know what's kinda shocking? I think the only DVDs I've bought (for myself) in 2008 were Chris Marquette movies. Well, except for The X-Files Collector's Edition, Prison Break seasons 1 to 3 and Babylon 5 season 4. When I look at the movie DVDs on my DVD shelf, I'm pretty sure all of my "recent" non-Chris purchases are from 2007.

That said, I guess I'm more of a theater person. I watched a LOT of movies in the theater last year. I really have to LOVE a movie big time to go out and buy the DVD afterwards. Or let's say buy the DVD right away, when it's still more expensive than 10 EUR.

Well, I think I bought a lot if non-Chris DVDs for myself this year, but I'm not sure if they were all released this year, too. And well, I did receive a few Chris movies, but that does not have to mean that I "bought" them. wink

I didn't buy many either, but I'd say of those I did buy Graduation & Normal Adolescent Behavior were my favorites.  I've never put them away.  They're on the stack beside me that includes my JoA discs.

Same here.
Any Chris or Amber movie are my favorites.

I also really like Remember The Daze. Chris and Sean are soo funny in that movie!

Re: My favorite dvds of 2008

I asked my friend Nathalie's mom to tell her to look for Spiral and NAB to buy for me while she's still in America. And her mom told me if Nathalie doesn't have time to go shopping anymore before she'll return to Germany (I think she'll be back here tomorrow or the day after) she'll look for them herself when she flies to New York in February. I hope she'll bring me those movies, I need to see them!
