Yeah i added in "that you can talk about" cos i assumed that the new stuff wants to be kept hush hush. You might think you dont have any interesting stories but im sure your job is more interesting than mine!

well, i can understand hating the heat but hating the people that say they like the heat is a little to much
now i am afraid to say it but i love the heat to. not abnormal heat but 28-29 degrees Celsius i like. i also don't have AC in my house nor at the place where i work. i have AC in my car but i generally prefer to open the window.
i love summer. and the reason i go to the beach is not to get rid of the heat but because i love the sand and to swim in the sea and i obviously need warm weather to do that.
i always get a little bit sad when autumn comes.
somehow summer for me, maybe because i lived until a year ago by the seaside, is a magical time that gives me the sense that anything can happen. and if i thionk about it most of my best memories are summer related.

People who say they like the heat do mainly because they don't like the alternative. I wouldn't say I'm a big fan of the heat myself, but after going through the winter months, I gladly embrace it.

I wouldn't say I generally "like" heat, but I can cope with heat better than with cold. I'd rather have temps in the 90's than temps near freezing point, even with warm clothes on. But of course that's all personal sensation and preference. Everyone has their own "comfortable range" where temps are concerned.

It got up to 78 degrees where I live yesterday today it is only 49 degrees. I wonder if there will be many trick or treaters tonight.

I'm a Finn and I was born to the wrong place on this Earth. My bones ache in cold and get the flu and cold in 2-3 weeks apart from september to may. I'd be very happy living in Brazil or somewhere similar. bonus side of being a Finn is that I have a place in my house where it gets really, really warm with just a push of a button. In sauna I usually like the "mild heat" (as the most sauna-crazed people call it) that is 50-70 degrees celsius / 122-158F. Real sauna lovers poor in the water so much, it rises to 100 degrees celsius / 212F and they turn bright red.

I'm in South Florida, and I am SO done with this heat! It was already 80 with nearly 100% humidity when I left for work at 6:20 on Friday morning :crying: It makes me instantly cranky and I hate feeling that way. Don't get me wrong, I have A/C in my classroom so it's tolerable, but I am outside quite a bit because all the hallways are outdoors.

I am moving back to New York in June, and it can't get here fast enough! I wasn't born to be a southern girl. I need 4 actual seasons and Northeast temperatures!!

Oh I am just excited that its getting hotter here, bring on summer! I actually got sunburnt the other day while I ate my lunch in the park near the office. So exciting, just gotta head to the gym and get back to the bikini body. hahaha well a less scary version of what I have now anyways

Ok yes,

I am now jumping on this band wagon. I do claim to like the heat, but this is getting ridiculous. I like my heat to be gone overnight so I can sleep. A house without air con is no fun in summer.

Spring used to be my favorite season of the year but nowadays I think there is no real spring anymore. It's either freezing cold or sweating hot.

I'm very cold natured I sleep with fleece sheets on my bed an eletric blanket,about 4 other blankets I sleep with my snuggie and my coat on.

Hah, I wish it was gone by my birthday, or even yours! No such luck. this is the time of year when the snow starts to stick in and probably won't be gone until may at the earliest. Sucks to live 100km from arctic circle... I wish I was in brazil. Summer is starting there now!
