Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Laura has a Common Thread gapper too.  Read it yesterday.  There may still be a few stories out there that you haven't read yet, TeeJay.

One of these days I will need to read all your fics on your LJ site, Laura.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

It'll be something to tackle on a day when you're home sick from work or have nothing better to do.  So far there's 73 Adam-centric fics out of 87 JoA fics in total.  Not counting the little random JoA fics and my Grace/Luke stuff, I'll have about 145 Adam-centric fics by the time all the writing challenges I'm doing are done... and in the great words of Joan Girardi: I'm not crazy.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Yeah, I read for like 2 hours yesterday.  Don't know how many I read or how many I have to go, but I'll probably get back into them this afternoon when it's totally dead around here.

Ah, I think I remember reading some of your stories. I'll probably continue to read more over the weekend, I just don't have the time during the week.

Deb, I think you'll like this new one I just wrote, which was partially inspired by you and the "no morning nookie" comment from 'Rude Awakening'.

So, here it is... early morning, Happy Birthday Adam!, smut: http://community.livejournal.com/fic_on_mind/43211.html

Dude!  I was joking before about needing a cold shower in the Fanboys thread because Chris looks so amazingly sexy tonight out at Comic Con, but GOD!  I really, honestly do need one now. :drool::drool:

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Let's just say that Chris in his tight shirt with his newly thick hair plus your fic equals a completely different evening than I originally planned.  And that's a VERY good thing.  tongue

Well, yeah it was just made painfully (or not so painfully) obvious with that story.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

I do post basically everyday so I probably won't post here everytime I put something new up and basically spam the boards.

Remember when I said that?  I lied.  But I'm trying to only do story posts once a day.  So yeah, two more today.

*goes off to look at Chris at the Comic-Con pictures again*

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Laura, I got slammed today so I didn't get to read anything.  I didn't even have time to properly drool over new Chris pics.  Tonight, I'm going to a friend's house for poker.  I'll probably crash over there since it's a long drive home.  Don't know when I'll get back to my reading since I also promised my friend, Dave we'd go to movie or something tomorrow afternoon.  I just didn't want you to think I was reading and not commenting because I didn't like them or something.  I'll probably catch up with you guys Saturday night.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Laura, I added a link to your LJ site in our JoA fanfic section (at the bottom under "others' fan fiction"). It's not the most clearly laid out page, I admit to that. But I still hope people interested in reading new stories will find the page. I might revamp the fanfic page some time, but I gotta figure out how it might be easier to surf first. Suggestions welcome.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Thanks, TeeJay.  I think the fanfic page is good, I mean it's organized and unless people are either lazy or in a big rush they could sit down and scroll through it all to find what they want.

Okay, thanks for the feedback. I'm in no big rush to reorganize that page. Maybe one day I'll get inspired.

And, look, you're Fangirl now, Laura. smile

I was hoping to be able to add my story to that list once, but I never got to finish it. Well, maybe one day.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Thanks.  I spent at least an hour looking for a new layout, I was getting sick of my old one and wanted it writing themed.   For as many people on LJ have a journal just for writing, they're really skimpy on the pre-made layouts with a writing theme.
