2006-10-13: The Hollywood Reporter reports that Jenna Dewan, Ryan Pinkston and Nick Zano are joining the pic. Dewan plays an 18-year-old college freshman who catches the eye of nerd Max (Christopher Marquette) on their first day at their new college. Hey, cool. Thanks for those! In the background of the first pic I can see..... yes, CHRIS! To the right of him is Dan Byrd (in the orange t-shirt and tiny ponytail). I think the guy in the black Alpha Beta shirt is Nick Zano. Don't know the blue shirt production dude. The guy in the wheelchair is another nerd actor, don't know his name. He looks vaguely Asian when you see his face. (He's the one who came up to us with Chris and asked us if he could have a website too. LOL) And the tiny guy that you can only see the Afro wig of is Ryan Pinkston. The red cape that you see belongs to Efren Ramirez. Or rather the nerd he played. Deb, could this have been taken the day we were at the set? It sure is the scene we watched being filmed.

In the second pic you can see (again) Chris and to the left of him the Amish nerd. Don't know his name either (but now we finally have a pic!). Efren Ramirez is the guy in the red cape. Don't have a clue about the chicks. Is one of them the Cassidy woman everyone got so upset about at Agnes Scott?

Yeah, this is the day we were there. If we were visible, we'd probably be off to the right. Man, whoever got these pics was sneaky! We snapped off like one or two pics and got quickly shut down. I like the first pic of the wheelchair because you can see that big honkin' speaker. We never got a shot of it from that angle, I don't think.

And yay! The Amish nerd!

If Chris shoots this baseball romantic comedy quirky little beer league softball kinda movie (title is Calvin Marshall) in Albuquerque early next year, will you try to apply for being an extra in it? We don't know if they're really gonna shoot it at all. Gary (the director) told us that there were a few hold-ups (mainly $$$$). They were supposed to shoot it around February/March of this year (in Albuquerque). And then we heard about Fanboys and wondered how Chris can divide his time between the two shoots. Turns out he didn't have to because Calvin Marshall was never shot. But they're planning to shoot it early next year. At least that's the word. Chris said he would still do it, if nothing else came up. Gary is hopeful that it'll work out. We're just crossing our fingers that it works out for both of them. It would be another lead role for Chris. And Deb just can't wait to drool over his lovely buffed-up booty in a baseball uniform. LOL

We don't know if they're gonna shoot in Albuquerque, Sean. But it sounded like Gary liked it as a location because he said he was sorry that they had to pack up and leave NM. So if they return there, maybe you'll have another shot at being an extra. If that happens, we'll plant a few things in your mouth to tell Chris. And you can tell him all the bad things about us.

Re: Fanboys t-shirt. Working on that. Actually, right now. Because I'm preparing the files that I'm gonna take to the printing shop tomorrow. I really hope we'll get you a nice one out of that. I've never done this at a professional print store, at least not this way. If it fails, we always have the iron-on transfer thing to fall back on.
