Nicholas Sparks

I just felt like starting this thread.  Anyone a fan of Nicholas Sparks?  I have read almost all of his books (there's still like 3 more I need to read.)  It's kind of hard to choose a favorite since they are all great.  My top fav. would have to be "The Rescue", "Dear John", and "True Believer."

Re: Nicholas Sparks

I haven't read any of his books. I've seen Message In A Bottle as a movie, though. Does that count? (Liked it a lot.) wink

Re: Nicholas Sparks

I've seen The Notebook a couple of times, but that's about it.  I don't have a lot of time to read books, but when I do, I mostly read non-fiction.  Right now, here on my desk, I have Great Southern Mysteries (a book about weird happenings) and Marley & Me.  I'm in the middle of Going After Cacciato.  And I'm also reading Whitley Strieber's The Greys.

Re: Nicholas Sparks

Did watch the Message in a bottle movie, read the book and this other book I don't know the English title of. It's about a woman with a son who has problems to speak or something like that. It has a very stupid German title. I haven't seen The Notebook yet, but I am still planning to do this some time.

Re: Nicholas Sparks

^--- I know which one you are talking about.  It's called "The Rescue".  Read that one and it is among my top faves!

I am currently reading "At First Sight" which is the second book to "True Believer" (which I just finished this morning.)  Loving the second book btw.

Re: Nicholas Sparks

I have read and watched Message In A Bottle and have also read a few of his other books, but only in German, so I can't recall their English titles, sorry.
But I like him as an author.
