Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

BTW, I wasn't implying that you had to write what I want to add to the scene you wrote for EA.  I just wanted you to have an updated copy in case you might be inspired.  I want to think about it a bit too.  I'm not exactly sure yet what they might talk about on the eve of their wedding.  But it's really fun to imagine.  I love that he teases her about the dress.  She should tease him right back, promising him that it'll make him pass out.  I can hear them talking a bit about the honeymoon, something about a Jacuzzi.  Maybe a mention of his parents.  Happiness about the fact that they're almost there....

Yeah, I was actually thinking about that too.  I was sorta hoping you'd do it so I wouldn't ruin something else you guys had in mind.

Dude, you haven't ruined anything!  What I plugged in in blue is what I had in mind.  And what you wrote wraps around it beautifully.  It's gonna be great, thanks to you.  You brought the funny again.  I love that!

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

I just posted a new Adam and Grace fic, they're seven in it.   And they get attacked by cooties.  The plot, in my opinion, is inevitable when it comes to Adam and Grace.

That is seriously adorable. I have no idea how many times I've had a similar experience. Grace's reaction was totally perfect. ^_^ I love the Adam-Grace friendship.

Thanks.

I think all girls have had issues with cooties at some point.   Especially if you hung out with boys before they hit.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

I don't even think we have a word in German for cooties. I tried looking it up and came up blank. Maybe it's a phenomenon that Germans don't live through. I can't remember that far back in my life. tongue I mean, of course we have STDs, but that's different, right?

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Yeah, we probably just have a highly complicated and endlessly long word for it with tons of consonants and hardly any vowels and a few umlauts. Like Maschendrahtzaunaufhängungsvorrichtung. LOL

Hah... I could totally see a little boy screaming that at a little girl "maschendrahtzaunaufhängungsvorrichtung!  run away!"

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

lol Well, okay, if you knew what that word said, you'd be laughing too. Translated it would roughly mean wire-mesh fence mounting device. I don't know why I used it. It was the first thing that came to my twisted mind.

Good. It's better that way. Or maybe I'm reading into it and being a total perv.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

Yay, me!  big_smile

Can't wait to get to the honeymoon smut.

TeeJay wrote something cool today (not smutty, but definitely about adult stuff).  I played with it some tonight.  Hopefully, she'll like it.  So far it's short but powerful.  Let's see if she's OK with what I did to it.  Maybe we'll be able to keep it brief and punchy and post it quickly.

I can't believe she's gonna be here in Atlanta in a couple of days.  I hope we get a break in the hellish weather so we can at least go to Six Flags.

Re: JoA: Adam & Adam/Joan stories

TeeJay loved it. I didn't think I could make it something posting-worthy, but now it totally is. smile And, yeah, I hope we can go to Six Flags. We'll find stuff to do, if not something to make us get out of the city and the smog. I think the weather report for Atlanta said that towards the end of next week it's supposed to be in the 80's with some rain. Maybe that'll help...

In the 80's would be fine.  It was 101 degrees at 6 pm when I headed home from work yesterday.
