Had any inspirations on EA? Tonight, I've been trying to work on the last scenes of that far off chapter I mentioned. To give you an idea, the wedding is set in April, this one takes pace in September. But it fascinates me. It has been stuck in the back of my mind for a long time. As it happens, TeeJay wrote some beautiful smut for it. So I got geeked up to try messing around with it again.

So at some point, you guys fly down to Miami, or what?

I'm getting ready, that's why I keep logging on and off suddenly, I just keep checking up to see what's happening. The only thing I've thought about as far as EA goes is that we go crazy McPunisher on them in weird ways... no contact whatsoever until the wedding. It'll drive them crazy, and be very funny... I just don't have time to write it right now, if you even think that'll work.

You mean flying to Miami for the cruise? No. We're taking a bus to Baltimore and docking there... then floating for three days until we run into an island.

On EA, yeah, that is exactly the kind of thing I was thinking. Go for it! Punish away. We can make this just as funny as it is sweet. You're taking your notebook, right? I'm sure there will be boring stretches that cry out for ficcy distractions.

I hope you have a fantastic time. Cool that you don't have to go as far as Miami to disembark. That's why I hadn't heard of your boat. It's not out of Miami.

No, I haven't sent you anything in a while. Much to Deb's (and my own) dismay, I haven't been writing for a while either, just not in the right frame of mind for it. Not sure when the next chapter's gonna be completed.

After just skimming stuff on About.com last night and the night before, I've scribbled tons of notes and created a few new scenes and scenarios. I hope to get everything all typed up and in some kind of working order over the next couple of days. I've just felt so rotten this week that I haven't been able to force myself to do much of anything. But I'm getting lots of ispiration here and there so I don't think it's gonna take months to do this chapter. Laura will be back in about a week and hopefully she'll bring some fresh ideas with her, and be itching to get back to ficcing.
