Wow, that would take some time for me to compile since I don't have a list anywhere. Not that I have all that many. I don't. Just a bunch of typing. But I'll do it. Right now, still cleaning house for TeeJay's visit. She'll be touching down at Hartsfield-Jackson in about an hour and 15 minutes.

That's really cool. I think I'd like to do that someday. I still have a billion VHS tapes because I was in the business for 14 years. I always wanted to catalog them, but I have so many, it just seemed too daunting.

Here's mine. It's German, though, so many movies have the german titles. Sorry for that.

I have a ton of VHS too. Of course, I stil buy VHS tapes and still watch them. It's hard to find VHS tapes with new movies. You have to get DVD's especially for the extras. But The Vintage has a great collection of both VHS and DVD's.
I have a lot of DVD's too. But I don't think I should start neglecting my tapes just because of DVD's. I can't watch my tapes now, though. I have a TV DVD/VHS combo and my VHS slot is messed up and ate my one of my tapes. I had to cut the film out of the holder because it got caught inside. It tried to eat two movies before I had to cut my one. I have the backroom TV, but still. It's upsetting.
At least I can still watch my DVD's.

Sorry, posting again, how do I post my collection? I have my IMDb My Movies, I could post that. I don't have every single movie logged in it. I have a few tapes I didn't bother. But all my DVD's and some VHS are in there.
I don't know if the link will work.

Okay. Didn't know if they would work or not. IMDb sometimes has a privacy thing.

I currently have 2,203 DVD titles. I used to use one of those DVD tracker lists, which are pretty cool, but I fell behind on updating it and now just have my list on an EXCEL spreadsheet.

Here I am thinking I'm all badass for having 600-something. You're my new hero, lol.

I don't even have a hundred DVDs.
But I do have over 3000 videotapes. Got my first VCR in 1983 and I've been taping stuff ever since. Also, I spent 14 years in the video business where I accumulated screeners and bought lots of vids cheap. Wish I could get them all converted to DVD because they're getting pretty old and decrepit now.

I was too young to really start having my own collection of VHS, but when DVDs became popular I was definitely interested. So I started collecting when I was about ten. I'm all about finding/buying really cheap DVDs. And I always ask for Best Buy gift cards on holidays.

That's pretty cool, though I think if I were to go for a DVD/HDD recorder these days, I'd buy one with a hard drive. However, unfortunately the decent ones seem to hover around the $300 mark...

Same here. But then our VCR broke and we didn't bother to buy a new one since my parents discovered the advantages of DVDs. LOL

My newest purchase: Life On Mars Series 1. It was only 24€ from a seller on amazon, so I just had to buy it. Normally it's 67€ from amazon directly. No way I am going to spend so much money. LOL Even my mom likes it. We're watching it right now.

Well I bought Death Proof the other day...without watching it first, because I heard Eli Roth was in it. Yeah his little cameo lasted about 5 minutes. Then I had to endure terrible acting, a lap dance, and an 18 minute car chase. boooooooo...
