Re: Graduation

It's cute, but it's the wrong pic.  It's the one above it that I love.  Still, others might like this one so let's keep it.  big_smile

Re: Graduation

Hey, another Chris movie screened at the European Film Market in Berlin this month. Graduation was shown on Feb 9. Also not a public screening. But that gives me hope they're planning to take these movies to Europe, including Germany. I hope they come up with a plan for distribution in the US first, though. neutral Sounds like North by Northwest Entertainment has worldwide distribution rights. At least that's what it says on the EFM website.

It's kinda sad, don't you think? Two movies we've been waiting for for years were screened pretty much right under our noses, and we still couldn't see them. They would also, no doubt, have been screened in English. Damn!

It makes me think that we should move to Berlin and become very important persons in the European Film Business.
I WANT TO SEE THESE MOVIES!!!! roll

Re: Graduation

Some of them more than others.  This one, definitely.  He's just so damn cute in it.  And Chris Lowell!  And Glynnis O'Connor and Adam Arkin and Riley Smith.  Damn, I wanna see this movie!  I just wish they'd put it on DVD already.  After 3 years, I think we're all sick of waiting.  This is ridiculous!  It can't be that bad.  I mean has anyone seen Accepted?  Jeebus!

Re: Graduation

Of course.  They'd sell one to every Dorquette who has a universal player.  Built-in audience.  And every fan of Chris Lowell.  And Riley Smith.  And Shannon Lucio...

Re: Graduation

I saw you lurking, Brian. wink

Mr. Ralston just posted this potential good news and excellent use of ellipses on IMdb:

The film is definitely not dead. In fact...I think everyone will soon discover that their patience with this wonderful little film finding its way will have paid off. Everyone will be happy. Things have been quiet lately because the "powers that be" are busy putting "things" together for the...........

'Bout time we heard something on this one.  big_smile

Re: Graduation

OK, so I asked Brian on IMDb when he thinks the movie will finally come out and he cryptically hinted that it might possibly be released around the time of the event that the movie is about.  Say it with me people... "graduation".  Let the speculation begin...  wink

So we're looking at <beep> or <beep> this year? That's awesome! I hope they bring it to Germany too. If not, I guess it's gonna have to be the US DVD for me again. Oh well...

Re: Graduation

Ssssshhhhhhh!!!!  You're not supposed to say it out loud.  It is only to be cryptically hinted at.  wink

I asked him whether that's for DVD or theatrical.  We'll see if he responds.

Re: Graduation

Carl's not really a bad boy.  He's just a rocker.  His hero is Iggy Pop.
