I'll do my very best. But when I get it will largely depend on the postal service...

Okay, then it depends on TeeJay and the postal service. LOL But like I said, I'll stay patient ... or at least I'll try it. wink

Re: JoA season two on DVD

I really want to watch this, at least a couple of episodes and the extras.  I keep thinking I'll get around to doing various things on the weekend, then other stuff comes up, and I can't.  Especially at this time of year, when my mom goes crazy decorating the house, and keeps needing to go out on errands to find things that aren't easy to find.  And of course, I have to go with her. roll

Heh, my new supervisor was telling me on Friday that I need to stop putting myself under so much stress, and just relax.  He doesn't have any idea of my fannish life or how much energy and time that consumes!  He's just talking about me not being so highly strung at work. lol

Glad there's at least some Chris stuff to look forward to in the extras.

Yeah, the Chris stuff is quite nice.  Hey, my boss tells me the same thing about being highly strung.  But I warned them before I started that I can get intense about things.  LOL!

Re: JoA season two on DVD

The problem at work is, I have this thing about getting things right.  "Good enough" isn't good enough for me.  So, now that someone higher up has suddenly decided we're going to outsource our backlog of work, I've been put in charge of doing the inventory on the files before we send 'em out, plus doing some of my regular work.  Right now we have about 40-50 boxes of files to go out, and there will probably be 10-20 more before we're done.  All this is due "sometime in December" though we still don't have an actual date yet.  The supervisor says I'm putting too much stress on myself, and no one else is putting any kind of time pressure on me.  I think we're either speaking different languages, or are on different planets, I'm not sure which.

I need someone like Adam to show me how to chill out and still get things done.  Maybe I should watch those S2 DVDs soon!

Re: JoA season two on DVD

I think they blew their entire wad on keeping Bruce Springsteen's "Trapped" at the end of SWTWC.  That could not have been cheap.  They probably sacrificed half the season's songs for that.  What a shame.

Re: JoA season two on DVD

Woohoo, I just got my dvds today. I tell ya, amazon are getting slower and slower with their deliveries. But never mind, they're here now in my hot little hands. I went directly to the extras, the table read was pretty cool, wish they'd do more extras like that on other tv shows dvds.

The Look at Season two is great, too.  Good bit of Chris.  And the making of Queen Of The Zombies opens with a very weird quote from him that makes me giggle.  Love it!
