Yeah, I guess it is about time to dig out the Christmas CDs, huh?  Maybe I'll take them to work with me tomorrow.

Re: Season's Greetings!

It's so sad. I feel less and less Christmassy every year. I did put up some x-mas decorations in my apartment, but they're not doing much for me. Let's hope that changes when I'm with my parents and their x-mas tree. smile

PS: Heard a short Just Friends review on the radio this morning (movie's released in Germany today). They said it was a crazy movie and good fun, but a little overdone. I would have to agree.

Me too. We don't even have a Christmas Tree this year. And I am not even sad. I mean, Christmas is great for little children, but me and my two brothers are way too old to believe in Santa, so ...

Me too. It's just that kind of movie you can watch if you need something you can laugh about and do not have to think much about. LOL

Re: Season's Greetings!

We have our tree and stockings set up but that's about it.  Not believing takes some of the joy out of the myth of Christmas but so far things are okay I guess.

Sang Christmas songs at Youth Group yesterday which was fun.  Got to write out my cousins "reply from Santa" letter some time ago.  And on the 23rd I plan on watching my Roswell dvd with the Christmas episode from season two.  And on the 4th I plan on watching my Roswell dvd with the Christmas episode from season three.

Aw, that's a sweet idea. I might just do that too. The S2 episode was so sweet, I loved it. Shame I only have it on tape and not on DVD, but I'll live. S1 is the only season I loved enough to actually buy the DVDs of.

Re: Season's Greetings!

I don't have Roswell Season 2! sad But yeah, I also loved the Christmas Episode. Ah well, I'll soon watch Just Friends at the theater with my fellow Chris fan Lisa, that'll be fun too, I guess. LOL The 23rd is my mom's 60th birthday, so I couldn't watch TV anyway.

Re: Season's Greetings!

I was so into Roswell that I just had to get all 3 seasons.  Season 1 I got for Christmas, Season 2 I got for my birthday, and then season 3 I bought on my own.

Well I got all of my Christmas shopping done for my fam.  I had gotten them something before and then I saw some stuff today so I figured why not.  I'm simply trying to make the best out of this holiday season because I dont' know how things will be next Christmas (senior year of high school ending and all.)

Re: Season's Greetings!

Hehe, yeah I was about to bring out the Roswell christmas eps tomorrow night. I think I'm watching Boy Meets World christmas eps tonight. smile

I know what you mean about the disintergrating christmas spirit. I blame age and over-commercialisation. It's hard to get Christmassy when Christmas decorations are fixtures since November. Of course maybe the fact that I'm not a Christian and, sadly, I don't believe in Santa, may contribute. Lol.

It's still one of the few times a year all my brothers & sisters are together so it's still special in that respect.

Re: Season's Greetings!

I'm nt really feeling it this year becuase I can't afford to do what I want to do for my friends and my family's pretty much all gone.  Just looking forward to January for many reasons --- 4 of them Chris-related.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Oh, and I might kinda disappear over Christmas because I'll be at my parents' place and they only have dial-up. Not that I'll have a lot of time for online stuff either.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Yeah, don't think I'll be around on Christmas either.  I'm kind of hoping to stop myself from using the computer that day.

Also to let you all know, I won't be around Dec. 28th- Jan 2nd.  It's that time of year again; we always go camping for New Years.  Been a tradition since I was like 10 I think or 11; can't remember which.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Camping for New Years?  Never heard that one before.  It's warm enough where you live for that?  Wow.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Where I live yes (it is warm)  but when we go camping; there's this place that's like an hr. and a half to two hour drive from where we live and it gets mighty chilly up there since it's in the mountains.  Looking forward to a cold New Years and then we'll probably head into the mountains where there's this small town and it's said to have tons of snow this year.

Re: Season's Greetings!

Oh, Anne, Deb and I have been through hell these last two or three weeks. Because that's how long I've had season 2 on DVD and couldn't TALK about it with anyone other than Deb, because then you'd know and would want to have your copy and it wouldn't be a x-mas present surprise anymore. But now I can post all those luscious vidcaps and screencaps that I've already done.

I had been planning to do so today, but there is NO WAY in freakin' heck that I can do it from my parents' place with dial up. It would take me an hour to get everything put in the gallery. That's time I don't have today and it would mean more patience on my part than I can spare. I'm already annoyed at how long it takes to download a couple of frickin' e-mails. How did I ever live with only dial-up??? I want my DSL back!!! Ah, well, I'm spoiled, I know.

So, expect a LOOOOT of s2 screencaps to come your way. The vidcaps are already up since I've prepared that beforehand, so go check in the JoA section on the website where the clips are. I'll post direct links to them tomorrow, together with the screencaps. Just don't have the time right now.

In the meantime, I hope everyone has a great Christmas. Mine has been really lovely so far.

And, SW, thanks for the x-mas card, it's indeed cute!

More when I can.
