Okay, I think I've fixed everything now. I'll go and post it at IMDb, maybe even send it to Mike (sans the Chris-heavy DVD bits).

Well, maybe we can talk him into a man-crush on the right Chris. BTW, I also wanna know why Jackson was studying the blueprints in his underwear when Polly pops in on him. I mean, was it hot? Was it laundry day? Did they just really wanna show off Lowell's bod?

LOL. Yeah, valid question. Maybe Jackson's just really scatterbrained and was in the middle of undressing and then got caught up in the blueprints and forgot all about putting other clothes on. (I loved the butt blooper!!)

I just ran across a slating review from the Seattle Times: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/m … ion02.html
And more reviewers who weren't happy with the movie either:
http://www.austinchronicle.com/gyrobase … d%3A617545
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/movies/36 … on02q.html
I wonder if that's the general consensus. I can't say I agree with everything that's said in those reviews, but I do see some of their points. Guess it's a matter of expectations and viewpoints.

The last one has this to say about Chris:
Also very much worth mentioning in a supporting performance is Chris Marquette as Carl. He's got a John Cusack vibe to him, which is good. Cusack is still Cusack, but as Accepted demonstrated last year, we need a younger Cusack type in certain films. I recommend Marquette for that job; he was also memorable in a small role in Alpha Dog last year.
Also, check this out, I found the Graudation set photographer: http://www.jonsilberg.com/photography.html
If you click on "on-set", you'll find lots of photos from the Graduation shoot. Shamefully few have Chris on them, but there's a handful of cute ones I hadn't seen before. Since it's a Flash gallery, I can't save or post the pics here right now, but I can grab them for the MB at home and I'll go and ask Jon if we can put them in our gallery.

You don't need to read them, they're pretty much all saying the same thing: That Graduation failed to deliver. That it was trying to be too much all at once (adventure, thriller, drama and comedy) and didn't quite succeed.

I know what I thought of the movie. That's all that really matters to me. I'm not gonna seek out good reviews to bolster my own opinion either. I might read that one later, though, just out of curiosity. (BTW, I'm home sick today so if you email me at all, do it to home.)

Here's Jon's set photos, but I'm not gonna put them in the gallery until he writes back and gives his okay.

I wonder if that was on or off camera. I mean, that exact shot is not in the movie, but they might have cut something from the scene. It's a typical CARLNEEDSAHUG! But then.... ouch. Better not. If it's off camera, why does Chris look so devastated? Trying to stay in character?
