Sisterhood...

So why have we never had a thread for the Sisterhood movies?  Who's going to see the new one?  Man, it's a bummer the premiere is in New York instead of LA, otherwise, Chris might go.  Tisha says he's looking good and feeling good and we haven't had any new pics in a couple of months.

Re: Sisterhood...

I'm gonna try to talk my dad into taking me to see it for our yearly movie on my birthday, but if I can't get him to agree to sit through it I'll probably have to wait until it comes out on video.   I really wanna see it though.

Sucks Chris isn't gonna be at the premiere sad

Re: Sisterhood...

I would give just about anything to see a new pic of him and Amber together.  I'd get like ten fics out of that.  And um, more.  :embarrassed:

Oh, it's still there.  I haven't visited in a while.  Kinda got sidetracked by the other site where I found the perfect Mr. Lovejoy.  Haven't been to any of those sites lately.  But the art site is a very good idea...  big_smile

Re: Sisterhood...

I am looking forward to seeing this movie, although I like the books better. But the movies are also great, and not only because of Amber. (But yeah, she is the main reason for me to watch. LOL)

Re: Sisterhood...

All four girls were just on Good Morning America.  Amber keeps confusing Robin Roberts, who was interviewing them... "It seems like you four have a real relationship."  "What?  No, that's all fake."  "So then that says a lot about your acting abilities."   "Yeah.  But just me.  I'm the only good actress."   then Alexis pipes up:  "In the world.  There is no one like Amber Tamblyn."   Blake: "It's true.  No one can compare."   America:  "Except me."

Then they started pointing fingers on who caused an accident that basically broke Blake's leg.  Everyone blamed Amber, except Amber, who blamed Blake.  Because Blake ran into the moped Amber stopped too early, and "just because the moped's stopped, doesn't mean you need to ram it!"

They didn't really talk about the movie itself.  At all.

I can't imagine anything being boring with those four around, or even just one of them smile

Re: Sisterhood...

There's part of the interview on the GMA website, I'm not sure if you can watch it in Germany... click the more tab on the today sidebar thing, the video link is near the bottom http://abcnews.go.com/gma

Sadly, they cut out Amber's whole thing about how awesome she is.

I recorded it this morning, but I haven't watched it yet.  That's great that GMA had them all at once.  Sounds hilarious.

Wow!  The #1 search term on Yahoo right now is Amber Tamblyn.  Cool!

Re: Sisterhood...

I just found out that the second Sisterhood movie is not going to the theaters in Germany. It'll go straight to DVD, like they did it with the first one. Well, I kind of expected it, but it still makes me a little sad because I really wanted to watch at least one of the movies on big screen. Seems that I am not getting my wish. But at least I will not have to watch the movie dubbed with stupid teenager voices in German.

Re: Sisterhood...

It's annoying how expensive the movie theater is. The dollar movie theater is $1.99 now. Paying to see some movies though in the theater is worth it especially SOTP.

Re: Sisterhood...

I'm gonna watch The X-Files movie tonight. And, yeah, theater prices are up here too. The other day I went to see Prince Caspian, and if I hadn't had my "5 Star Ticket", I would have paid 9.50 EUR ($14) instead of 6 ($9) . That's kinda crazy, I can buy a DVD for that kind of money! X-Files will hopefully be cheaper, I'm guessing 5 or 6 EUR. But I don't like the theater where it's on, it's kinda dingy and smelly. Joan would say, "It smells like a nursing home." Add to that the fact that the seats always give me back pain. But it's still better than nothing or having to endure German dubbing.
